Amy is a director on the Finseca board, a member of the government affairs committee, and co-chair of the retirement and holistic planning working group. Amy grew up in Sudbury, Ontario Canada, graduated from the Hartt School of Music at the University of Hartford with her BMus, and the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester with her MM. Andie graduated from Boston University in 1999 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Elementary Education. She taught both second and third grades in Boston while getting her degree and returned to New York to join the family business in 1999. Andie's Dad, Nathan M. Perlmutter, President and CEO of Forest Hills Financial Group, founded the agency in 1980 as a General Agent of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America and FHFG is one of the leading agencies representing Guardian today. Andie's positive approach and teaching skills partnered with her Dad's industry knowledge, allow her to offer both associates and brokers the highest quality support and service they've come to expect at FHFG. Bryan T. Davis

As Director of Advanced Planning with Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG), Bryan takes pride in being a collaborator, and his mission is to provide the best teaching and case partnering experiences he can deliver to the associates at the firm. A teacher at heart, Bryan enjoys listening to case backgrounds and helping associates and clients solve problems. By providing top notch guidance, our clients are positioned to create and enjoy their best lives. Bryan graduated from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics. He began his professional career working for a pension actuarial firm. Bryan always loved the intersection of mathematics and finance, and his career path was chosen after working 2 years under the mentorship of Sidney Friedman, a Guardian General Agent. Brian learned the vital importance of client relationships, and within eleven months acquired his ChFC and CFP designations. Brian has continued to obtain additional designations to add to his talent stack. In 2009 Bryan started working in Guardian's Business Resource Center in their home office, and for ten years he provided case consultation and technical research at every opportunity, one of the most fulfilling experiences in his life. Now with FHFG, Brian's primary role is to help associates provide exceptional guidance and create superior client experiences. Diane Neustadt - COO

Her diverse background in operations, administration, employee relations and sales brings unique value to the associates and staff at FHFG, clients that she serves and people she meets through networking and community involvement. Diane takes pride in being a people person and having a hand in shaping the culture and values of the firm. Diane majored in Sociology at Queens College, NY and began her professional career working at a major retail store. She gained experience predominantly in Human Resources and found her niche in operations and administration with a strength for building relationships. When a friend referred her to FHFG, the firm had one small office in Elmhurst, NY, and today has three thriving offices in NYC, Forest Hills and Melville. Diane spends time in all three locations, working closely with management, associates and staff on a variety of projects and tasks. Harvey collaborated with Nathan Perlmutter, President and CEO of Forest Hills Financial Group, and became successful in providing Group Health and Dental Insurance to the Small and Large Group Business Market. Harvey has expanded FHGS to different horizons with the inclusion of Long Term Care, Individual and Group Life Insurance and Individual and Group Disability. First Union Bank, which is now Wells Fargo, took over TMS in 2000 and Julie transitioned into a Recruiter role. Ken Cusick

Kenneth Cusick (Ken) has been at the helm as Manager of the New Business Underwriting Department of Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG) since 2000. Based in the Forest Hills office, he is a proven leader and has thrived in managing his team and colleagues to establish and achieve their mutual objectives. Ken takes pride in his ability to simplify complex problems into simple terms, and is a team-oriented player whose focus is on offering detailed information and guidance to make it easier for his staff and associates to meet or exceed their business goals. This may entail advocating for a better rating, helping an agent design a product that will provide the coverage a client is looking for, or helping to find the right words to make an effective sales presentation. Often times Ken is the sounding board when someone needs to talk through an idea or work through an obstacle. Michael P. DeLuccia, JD (Mike) brings over seventeen years of experience in financial services to Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG). Throughout his career, Mike has been a valuable resource to management and associates on all compliance matters, and instrumental with recruiting, development and Agency growth. With strong management skills, Mike is proficient at building organizational infrastructure and meaningful personal relationships. Mike has a keen understanding of the industry, and assists managers as they grow their businesses while helping new associates build successful sales careers. Mike graduated from SUNY University at Buffalo in 1992 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He earned his JD designation from Quinnipiac University and was NYS Bar Admitted in 1996. Mike began his professional career with New York Life as a contract attorney settling claims, and during his years there he worked in Corporate Compliance, as in-house compliance officer for the Melville General Office, and Chief Operating Officer for their Long Island General Office. As COO he managed all day to day operations, and grew the agency from one location employing 180 associates to five locations with approximately 630 associates. As Chief Administrative Officer at FHFG, with his Series 7 and 24, Mike is an integral and valuable member of the Management Team, assisting in the growth of the organization while maintaining a professional and compliant atmosphere. Mike's strong sense of community keeps him actively involved as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Village of Great Neck Plaza, and Treasurer of the Cuttermill Road Owner's Association (co-op board). In his spare time, Mike likes to read, travel and make new friends. He also enjoys participating in community activities. Nathan M. Perlmutter, CLU®, ChFC®, the President and Chief Executive Officer of Forest Hills Financial Group, Inc., founded the agency in 1980 as a General Agent of The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, New York City, NY. The Agency is one of the leading agencies representing Guardian. Forest Hills Financial Group, Inc. is presently a charter member of Guardian's Presidents Forum. Nat has served three terms as Chairman of Guardian's prestigious Field Advisory Board. His agency was built from scratch with two associates and 400 square feet, and Nat was one of the two associates and has become a Master Agency award winner. Nat is a past NAIFA (National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors) Trustee and the Past President of the New York State and New York City Life Underwriters Association. He is the recipient of both the Spencer McCarty and the Julian Myrick awards, the two highest professional honors given to a life underwriter by the New York State and New York City Associations respectively. Nat is a Past President of AALU, (Association for Advanced Life Underwriting) and a Platinum contributor to its Legislative Circle. Nat is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Life and Health Foundation for Education, as well as being an Emissary IFAPAC contributor and an associate member of the American Society of Pension Actuaries. Nat has served numerous times on the boards of many local insurance organizations. He is a Past President of the Brooklyn/Queens Branch of the New York City General Agents and Managers Association, 1978-80; Atlantic Agency Managers Association, 1982-83; and the Queens Branch of the New York City Association of Life Underwriters, 1985-86 and 1988-89. Nat Perlmutter, FHFG's founder and CEO, works side by side with his daughter, Andie, and son, David-FHFG's COO and co-managing partner, respectively. Managing partner Amy Salo joined the firm in 2021. Richard is adept at attracting, coaching, and developing experienced financial professionals focused on taking their business to new heights. In his personal practice, Richard helps his clients create healthy financial habits by employing innovative savings strategies that can help them protect and grow what they have to achieve future commitments and desires. Richard graduated from Binghamton University, NY in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Finance and Economics. He has worked his entire career in financial services and has built strong, gratifying relationships anchored by mutual trust and respect. Richard began his professional career as Director of Operations at CRT Capital Group and in 2007 became Vice President at Harbor Drive Asset Management. In 2013 he joined Park Avenue Securities as a Business Development officer and now brings his industry knowledge and experience to FHFG. Richard finds it incredibly rewarding to help his clients prepare for life's "what if" scenarios. He empowers them with the education needed to gain confidence that they are making informed financial decisions for themselves, their families, and their businesses. Stephen J. DelliBovi is a Managing Director working out of the Melville office of Forest Hills Financial Group (FHFG). He loves engaging in conversation and takes pride in his ability to build strong and positive lifetime relationships. Stephen describes himself as extremely extroverted and feeds off being around people and their energy. He strives to grow personally and professionally by servicing clients and recruiting and developing new talent to help grow the firm. He is passionate about helping people cultivate their passion for helping others in their career while creating an amazing life for themselves. Stephen graduated from Long Island University (LIU) in New York with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Always enterprising, while attending college he worked in athletics and became a certified personal trainer. After graduation Stephen began his professional career as a Fitness Director at Training Station Athletic Club in Port Washington, New York where he later became General Manager. Stephen found great satisfaction in helping people achieve their fitness goals so they could enjoy the quality of life they aspired to. When he was offered an opportunity to enter the financial services industry with Northwestern Mutual, Stephen realized he could continue to have a positive impact on people's lives by helping them achieve their financial goals. He now brings his passion, drive and experience to FHFG. A sports enthusiast, Stephen loves basketball, football, and is a huge North Carolina Tar Heels college basketball fan. He's still a fitness advocate and hits the gym early every morning to work out. Stephen was born, raised and now resides in Port Washington, New York with his wife Summer and four daughters Hannah, Emerson, Luccia and Taylor.
