C. Thompson Harley

Mr. Harley serves as counsel to businesses, professional practices, government agencies, and non-profit organizations, and is a certified U.S. Small Business Administration closing attorney. Scope of representation includes, by way of specification and not limitation, to counsel and formation of corporations, limited liability companies, professional corporations, and family limited partnerships; counsel for and preparation of buy-sells, shareholder agreements, operating agreements; representation regarding the purchase and sale of businesses and practices; representation in real estate transactions and SBA 504 and SBA 7A loan closings as a certified and designated SBA closing attorney in the State of Georgia; and representation regarding employment issues for employers and workers' compensation defense. Mr. Harley has been a program speaker for continuing legal education seminar program on Workers' Compensation.

Kim Fletcher Bowden

Kim Fletcher Bowden was born on August 15, 1967, in Macon, Georgia, while her father, Senior Partner Pete Fletcher, was attending Mercer Law School, introducing her to the legal profession at an early age. Kim was raised in Augusta, Georgia, where she graduated from Westside High School in 1985. She attended the University of Georgia, acquiring both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in special education, and thereafter, she taught children with learning disabilities and behavioral disorders. After her foray in these fields, she decided to blend both of her parents' professions-education and the law.

William L. Fletcher

Will Fletcher received his Juris Doctor from William & Mary Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the William & Mary Law Review. During law school, Will interned for the Honorable Raymond A. Jackson of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Also during law school, Will worked for the Georgia Department of Law's Consumer Protection Unit in the Office of the Attorney General of Georgia, as well as interned with LeClairRyan, a national law firm, in its home offices in Richmond, Virginia. Will was born and raised in Augusta and graduated from the Academy of Richmond County's International Baccalaureate Program as Valedictorian in 2008. He graduated from Harvard University in 2012 with a degree in Human Evolutionary Biology. His publication, Netflix & Quill, was cited in an amicus brief by the National School Board Association et. al in South Dakota v. Wayfair, Inc., 585 U.S. ___ (2018), recently decided by the U.S. Supreme Court. Will has been admitted to the State Bar of Georgia and the South Carolina Bar, in order to better serve clients throughout the CSRA. The partners and associate attorneys are supported by four full-time legal assistants, three of whom are certified paraprofessionals.
