Kona Lisa

Kona Lisa Coffee is 100% Kona, Estate (single farm) coffee - sold as a premium Kona entry in large retailers across the Hawaiian islands. He also sells to selected partners in Asia - Korea, Japan, China. Previously, Guy worked and lived in Asia for 20 years. Most recently he was based in Tokyo as President & CEO of the Japan and Korea offices of FCB, a US-based global Advertising Agency. Guy also served with FCB in Indonesia, and Hong Kong, handling Pan-Asian responsibilities.

Marc Russell - CEO, Founder

Marc graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario. A former exploration geologist, Mr. Russell worked for Kidd Creek, Falconbridge, Westfield, Greenstone, Bikerman Engineering, Seabridge Gold and others. In the field, Marc was in charge of multimillion dollar gold exploration programs employing up to 30+ employees in Panama, Honduras, Costa Rica and Nicaragua. Between field assignments, Marc was involved in project development including project feasibility and computer geologic resource modeling. After seven countries and 15 years in the field, Marc decided it was time to return home and explore new opportunities. After two years of research and concept development, the Fine Wine Reserve was born in 2003. Marc is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. Perishable, fragile and valuable, wines require a very particular and precise climate-controlled environment. The creation and maintenance of this environment is a "mission critical" one, and based on fundamental scientific and engineering principals. Collectors are well served storing their wines with an owner-operator like Marc who has a background in these disciplines.

Paul Mitchell

Paul is Partner & Co-Founder of Milestone Investment Counsel Inc., providing portfolio management and investment advice to over 150 clients. A CFA, Paul has over 20 years' experience in private wealth management, including knowledge of the legal and tax complexities of trust law. Prior to starting Milestone, he was Senior Portfolio Manager, Metropolitan Toronto Region at CT Private Investment Counsel Inc. (a division of Canada Trust) where he personally managed large, complex private client portfolios totaling $150 million. In addition, he was responsible for an investment staff of 18 people who managed approximately $1.5 billion of assets in both Agency and Trust accounts. Paul is a graduate of The University of Western Ontario..

Rudi Fronk - Chairman

Rudi has over 20 years experience in the gold business, primarily as a senior officer and director of publicly traded companies. During Rudi's seven year tenure as President and CEO of Seabridge Gold, the Company acquired projects which now total 50 million ounces of gold and in excess of 8 billion pounds of copper resources. During his tenure, Seabridge has provided its shareholders with exceptional returns, with its common shares up more than 5000% since his appointment. Prior to Seabridge, Rudi held senior management positions with Greenstone Resources, Columbia Resources, Behre Dolbear & Company, Riverside Associates, Phibro-Salomon, Amax and DRX. Rudi is a graduate of Columbia University from which he holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering and a Master of Science in Mineral Economics. Rudi is a member of the Young Presidents Organization.
