John Lee

John manages Flightpath's digital marketing practice including strategic planning and execution of contextual & display advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media campaigns. A recognized expert in search marketing and analytics, John uses a data-driven approach when planning and executing all marketing efforts to help ensure maximum results are achieved. While at Flightpath, John has worked with Merck, BMW, Minwax, Thompson's WaterSeal, TransitChek and many other B2B and B2C companies. His achievements include digital marketing execution that increased site visits to a Merck web property by 115%; SEO initiatives resulting in 150% organic search improvement for Goya Foods; and revamping SEO and SEM initiatives for Parfums de Coeur to help increase YoY ecommerce sales by over 40%. John began his current role at Flightpath in June 2009. Prior to joining the agency, he had 10+ years of digital marketing experience in enterprise software, during which he designed interactive marketing programs for companies including Cisco, Konica Minolta, and Kyocera. A California native, John graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration & Marketing from San Francisco State University. John's interests include movies, food, booze and hanging out with his wife.

Jon Fox - President

Founder and president Jon Fox is a recognized leader in helping organizations of all sizes effectively communicate with their targeted audience via the web and broader digital channels. After earning his bachelor's degree at New York University and a short stint as an MTV News writer, Jon was introduced to the wonders of email during a series of business trips to Eastern Europe shortly after the fall of the Berlin Wall. He went on to found the digital agency that would become Flightpath in his Greenwich Village apartment in the early 1990s. Twenty+ years later, Jon is a creative business analyst focused on achieving measurable, meaningful and sustainable results for his clients. His passion for all things digital and his whole-hearted embrace of change has helped fuel Flightpath's dramatic growth and steer the overall direction and spirit of the agency since its inception. On a day-to-day basis, he guides digital strategy for a range of key clients including Zoetis, AkzoNobel and Goya Foods and works hard to develop, mentor and support his talented staff. Jon lives in Manhattan with his wife, two kids and giant dog, Sunny. He's completed the New York City Marathon 18 times and can occasionally be found singing/shouting and playing guitar in his punk rock band, The Underbites.

Steven Louie

Steven Louie is the Creative Director and a partner at Flightpath, where he directs an exceptional, high-performing creative team. As the head of Flightpath's creative output for the past 18 years, Steven strives to always balance work that is compelling and disruptive enough to create engagement; delightful and user-friendly enough to continue engagement; and arresting and memorable enough to keep the user coming back for more. Steven has directed a wide range of web, mobile, social, email and online video initiatives for a diverse group of B2B and B2C clients, including American Express, The New Yorker, Goya Foods, Cablevision, Sherwin-Williams and Merck. He serves as lead art director and captain of the user experience team, and views his role as to create, direct, lead, mentor and nurture. A diehard Yankees and New York Giants fan and Apple enthusiast, Steven has a sweet spot for old school 8-bit pixel art. He broke his chops designing interactive presentations and software for the likes of Pfizer Pharmaceutics and Coldwell Banker in the early Nineties. Steven graduated with a B.S. from Columbia University.
