With a background in strategic communications, Alex supports our marketing efforts through coordinating content development and marketing program execution, including both internal and external communications. In collaboration with other team members, he works to differentiate Fluid as a leader in our industry.
With a background in CPA firm work, Alicia brings experience in bookkeeping, payroll, tax and month-end duties. At Fluid, she works as part of our accounting team handling journal entries, reconciliations, and other daily and monthly tasks.
Allison is always willing to help people to ensure both our customers and our employees are happy with their experiences. She excels in multi-tasking and can adapt to where assistance is needed.
As one of our Project Designers, Amanda gets to assist our intermarket clients who are reimagining their workspaces. Amanda focuses on listening very closely and observing spaces intently so that whatever tailored design solution she makes fully encompasses and addresses the needs of the project.
Amy has over 17 years of office interiors experience. Her experience is in the corporate and higher education markets, along with small clinic work. Several of Amy's largest, ongoing customers include Boston Scientific, Medtronic, HealthPartners, Wells Fargo and Northwestern Mutual.

As the Director of Human Resources, she focuses her time on providing Fluid Level service to our employees. Andrea feels that Fluid attracts the best people, so in turn, she finds it essential to build relationships with our Fluid employees in order to create the best possible employee experiences.
Anton strives in simplifying and streamlining the business process and is passionate in connecting with people to uncomplicate their business needs. His strategic thinking makes for an elevated experience at Fluid, as he is constantly wanting to improve not only our business, but the business of our customers.
At Fluid, April responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, along with financial statement preparation and review. She likes having exposure to how different events and variables impact our business.
As our Studio Concierge, Ava oversees our guest and employee experience at Fluid. She ensures that everyone who comes through our spaces is provided with Fluid Level Service.

As Fluid's St. Cloud-based Account Executive, she leverages her furniture expertise and creative mindset to maximize customer investments and forge long-term relationships, ensuring effective solutions that achieve her clients' workspace and business goals.
Becky has 7 years of design experience She enjoys the more holistic approach to interior design, giving her the opportunity to provide design beyond furniture applications. Becky loves working with a client from conception to completion and appreciates both the creative and technical aspects of workplace design.
While Berk is strategic in nature and sets the tone for Fluid's vision, he's fully engaged in the daily operations of the business and continues to think differently about what it means to add increasing value to customers and other influencers.

Through his years of experience, Bill has been able to grow his skills and abilities to help create custom results for each customer. Carrie has been leading Fluid's installation team for seven years and is responsible for planning major/complex installations and managing field crews, their performance, and accountability for customer satisfaction. She ensures that our field crew complete projects in accordance with Fluid's quality standards, as well as that installations adhere to project timelines and budgets.
Chris has 18 years of management experience. He has a strong background in customer service and leadership roles, allowing him to bring leadership and problem-solving skills to each project.
In her role as Project Coordinator, Christina is responsible for the entire sales order process, including management of customer orders from quote through order close out. She enjoys working on a project from start to completion and is diligent in her work with verifying orders.
Christina enjoys looking at both the big picture as well as short-term needs. She is thorough in her work and anticipates the needs of our customers. As a Project Coordinator, her attention to detail and niche for problem solving allows our customers to experience a smooth project process.

With 15 years of design and sales experience and NCIDQ certification, Elle thrives on upfront brainstorming and collaboration with customers, using her eye for consistency and cohesive design to ensure the seamless integration of furniture into her clients' overall vision. Her experience ranges from a variety of corporate clients to spec suites, financial institutions, technology-oriented projects and ancillary spaces.

With a background in Business economics, Guillermo assists both our accounting and leadership teams in financial projections and planning. Through his various detailed reports Fluid can forecast trends and keep up with our ever-changing market.

An astute problem solver, Janna leverages her education in interior design and background in national facilities management to provide design and account support. Katherine has over 10 years of project management experience. As a Project Manager, she is responsible for planning complex installations and managing field crews and accountability for customer satisfaction. Katherine is an advocate for her customers and uses her whole-picture mentality to gather the facts and ask questions to set up a win-win situation.
Katie has over 15 years of industry experience in Project, Facilities, and Operations Management. She excels in resolving client challenges with innovative solutions, systems, and process improvements proven to increase efficiency and overall bottom line.
Katie enjoys providing clients with creative solutions for furniture design in addition to being an expert on Haworth Walls. She works with a variety of corporate clients and prides herself in being a commercial furniture expert who adds value by approaching projects with a holistic point of view.
As part of Fluid's accounting team, Kavitha supports the day-to-day accounting functions, along with financial statement preparation and review.
Kelly's attention to detail and forward-thinking mind frame help her stay three steps ahead to anticipate issues in an ever-changing environment. Kelly enjoys not only the variety that each day offers but working with her peers and customers alike.

With nearly 30 years of experience, Kris began her career as a project coordinator before moving into her role as an account executive. She specializes in large projects with a focus on corporate, government and education projects, and also brings experience in medical and dental clinics. As her customer will attest, Kris is an expert at helping clients change and grow over time based on their organization's evolving needs.
Kristina brings a holistic understanding of the furniture industry and how dealers, designers and manufacturers work together, gained from experience working in both manufacturer and dealership environments. As a social spaces specifier, she leverages her love of the industry and self-starting attitude to ensure a quick and efficient project experience.
As a designer, Kyle enjoys the intricate details and technical skill interior design takes. At Fluid, Kyle utilizes detailed and critical thinking to create design solutions that are unique and sustainable.
As a precise and detail oriented person, Lacey loves utilizing these skills throughout her design process. She has a passion for space planning, especially reconfiguring existing spaces because it forces her to be extra creative while being sensitive to the needs and wants of the client.
With a background in retail management, Lainie has versatile abilities in product fulfillment, inventory, and merchandising. Lainie has a focus on efficiency and ingenuity which keeps things fresh and moving in all projects.

As one of our project coordinators, Maddie utilizes her interpersonal skills and passion for connecting with people to make sure everyone is kept updated and in the know. She uses her attention to detail to ensure that projects move along on time and that everyone who is involved is on board with the next steps.

Working as one of our service coordinators Madeline assists with inventory and order management. Madeline is an integral part of our service team helping to schedule labor, manage changes to existing projects, and brings in project coordination expertise that helps her understand and manage the many facets of our service offerings.
As a Project Designer, Mark is responsible for providing design services to customers, including site/inventory verifications, programming, space planning, typical development, color boards, working/installation drawings, and specifications and site-to-plan review. He works closely with sales, order entry, and installation groups, as well as customers. With a craft in creating unique spaces tailored to specified needs and functionality, Mark is a designer who is driven to uncomplicate the design process.
With an extensive history in interior design, Mary has worked on designing spaces in education, private businesses, government, and health care. Taking with her extensive and well-rounded product knowledge, as well as skills in project budgeting, consultive design and project phasing. Mary sees all projects like a big puzzle and loves to make and mold tailored solutions that fit any client's needs.
As a Project Designer working in an ever-changing design world, Marya uses her design expertise to create spaces for our customers that fit their design intent. Marya enjoys engaging with clients and collaborating on projects so that she can see the projects come to life.

As one of our Project managers, Mike is an adaptable problem solver. With 20+ years of experience in project and operations management, Mike utilizes a highly personalized and individual approach to each project to ensure that there is attention to detail from beginning to end of all projects.
Mike oversees Fluid's IT/AV needs at Fluid. He strives to uncomplicate Fluid's day-to-day technology needs and finding continuous ways to be innovators in our industry
Morgan leads the marketing team with a focus on digital marketing efforts to drive sales and build both industry and peer relationships. She uses marketing techniques as a differentiator and aims to lead the way as innovators in our industry.
Natalie's background in project management and customer relations has made her a people-oriented project coordinator. Natalie is accustomed to fast paced environments and strives to find the best and most creative solutions to problems for clients in a timely manner.
Nikole has over 10 years of project management experience. Her strengths include client relationship building, conflict resolution, and time management. Utilizing her strengths, Nikole specializes in making sure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Her organized nature and open communication with her team allows her to excel as a project coordinator with Fluid
Paul's experience in installation, customer service, and project management roles gives Paul a well-rounded perspective of the project process and commercial furniture industry as a whole. This enables him to understand how each department interacts and impacts the overall process.
Playing an integral role in developing Fluid's service platform, Pete has helped the company grow services like purchasing/selling used furniture and providing furniture lifts for carpet replacements.
With experience in interior art specification and interior design, Rachel utilizes her eye for aesthetics as one of our Furniture specifiers. Her unique background and skillset helps to make any space both functional and pleasing to the eye.
With over 15 years of experience in the commercial furniture industry, Rich has deep experience working with clients from various industries and helping them find the best solutions to fit their needs. He enjoys the challenge of researching different companies, learning about their culture and goals to meet and exceed his customers' expectations

With 20 years of design experience, Shay brings her knowledge and expertise to lead Fluid's design team. Her extensive industry experience allows her to guide our customers through Fluid's design process. Additionally, she leads our designers through continuing education and design development.
Through her years of design experience, Shayla has become specially accustomed to working on corporate spaces. She has a passion for custom project visions, and the drive to see it through. Shayla focuses on providing attention to detail and a dedication to finding solutions that meet the need.

An NCIDQ certified Interior Designer, Stacy has worked at Christiansons by Fluid for over nine years. She has extensive knowledge of the furniture industry including and has in-depth knowledge of Haworth's modular walls. Stacy thrives on working with clients throughout the design, taking challenging projects and creating efficient that allow clients to function at their best.
Steve has a strong background in customer service allowing him to bring leadership and problem solving skills to each project. He enjoys communication aspect of projects and that his job as a Project Manager gets to bring all the teams together and on the same page to successfully complete the job.
As part of Fluids accounting team, Tonya works to setup accounts, maintain internal projects, and do financial reconciliation.
