Pennie has been with First Choice Benefits for 24 years and is well-versed in a variety of insurance benefits and solutions. She specializes in sales and service for both group and individual plans. Pennie is the first point of contact with First Choice Benefits and can assist clients with enrollment and terminations, physician and employee claims, billing, and annual audits. She manages all affiliates and has been assigned a dedicated claims analyst and service representative at one of the main insurance providers. This provides accurate and timely results for benefit solutions.
