In 1941, the company purchased the Distilled Water Company of Tulsa, producer of distilled water for use in drug stores, laboratories, and similar institutions. Expanding again in 1942, Sand Springs Water Company acquired the Fizz-O and Syfo Water Company, producer of carbonated water in the distinctive siphon-shaped seltzer bottles. At that time, the Sand Springs Water Company changed its name to Fizz-O Water Company. In 1944, Fizz-O became a distributor of Mountain Valley Spring Water.
