Susan V. Danziger

Prior to founding Fox Meadow Media, Susan V. Danziger worked at Random House, Inc. as head of Business Affairs for the Corporate Development and New Media Group as well as the Children's Media Division. Ms. Danziger previously worked as in-house counsel for BKN International, an international media company specializing in licensing, merchandising and television distribution. At Random House, Ms. Danziger was responsible for negotiating major license agreements, including, among others, agreements with Viacom, Universal, Sesame Workshop, Spelling Television, Disney, Jim Henson, Dr. Seuss, and Sony. Ms. Danziger also negotiated numerous contracts with nationally and internationally renowned authors and artists and with international publishers for foreign and translation rights. In addition, Ms. Danziger contributed to Random House's electronic book program by spearheading a project to digitize thousands of titles from the company's backlist. Ms. Danziger began her career as an associate at the firm of Kramer Levin in New York City, after having graduated from New York University School of Law. She is a member of both the New York State and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bars and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University. She also speaks French, German, and Italian.
