Jessie is a native of Floyd County, she currently lives in the Alum Ridge section of Floyd County. She is a 1998 graduate of Floyd County High School. Prior to joining the firm in 2006, Jessie was legal assistant for the firm of Stephanie Murray Shortt, P.C. Her father Robert Boswell, is a retired Floyd County attorney. Jessie has more than 15 years' experience as a legal assistant and assists with litigation, both civil and criminal, and assists with wills, estates, and corporate, municipal and business work. She and her husband, Matthew, have a son and a daughter.

Melissa W. Spence

Melissa is a Floyd County resident and graduate of Floyd County High School. She has 34 years of experience in the legal field. Before joining the firm in 2003, she worked as an Administrative Assistant to Warren G. Lineberry, Commonwealth's Attorney of Floyd County and as a Legal Assistant with the firm of Warren G. Lineberry, Attorney, Inc. Melissa assists in real estate and loan closings, Commissioner of Accounts work, estates, wills, and corporate and business matters. She also assists in telecommunications and municipal work. She and her husband, Robert, have three sons and seven grandchildren.
