Alan M. Dachs is Chair of the Board, and retired Chief Executive Officer, of the Fremont Group, a San Francisco-based private investment firm.
Mr. Dachs served on the Board of Directors of Bechtel Group, Inc. from 1997 through 2021. He is a retired member of the Board of Directors of the S. D. Bechtel, Jr. Foundation, and a member of the Board of Directors of X2X, LLC. He is a Senior Trustee of the Brookings Institution, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Arts & Sciences where he retired as Chair of the Academy's Trust and Vice Chair of its Board of Directors in 2021. Mr. Dachs is Chair Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of The Conference Board. He retired from the Board of Trustees of MIT Corporation in 2019. Mr. Dachs serves on the Board of Trustees of The Landmark School, and is Chair Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of Wesleyan University where he received an honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters. Mr. Dachs has a BA from Wesleyan University and an MBA from New York University.

Alex Ramsay is a Partner and Head of BF Global with responsibilities spanning all aspects of BF Global's investment strategy, asset allocation, manager selection and risk management activity.
Prior to joining Fremont Group, Alex was a principal at Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. in the Special Situations Group. In his KKR tenure, Alex worked across multiple teams and four offices, including London, San Francisco, Menlo Park, and Hong Kong.
Alex is a member of the Board of Directors of the Lord Baltimore Capital Group, the Fremont Group Foundation, Burlingame Coyotes Lacrosse, and Hillsborough Little League. He served on the Board of Directors of the S. D. Bechtel, Jr. Foundation until the conclusion of its operations. Alex received his BA in history from Yale and received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Andrew Bronzo joined Fremont Private Holdings in 2018. He focuses on sourcing, evaluating, executing and managing FPH's direct private investments. Andrew is actively involved on the Board of Directors and Management Committees of several FPH investments including Morrie's Automotive Group, a leading retail automotive dealership chain, and the Flynn Group of Companies, a building envelope trade contractor. He is based in New York.
Prior to joining Fremont, Andrew was with CCMP Capital, a private equity firm focused on making buyout and growth equity investments across the consumer, industrial, and healthcare industries.
A native of Louisville, Kentucky, Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Information Systems Accounting from the Carroll School of Management at Boston College.

Andy Raab is a Managing Director of FPR Partners, a private investment partnership focused on public equities. Ashminder Singh is a Partner and co-Head of Fremont Realty Capital. He is jointly responsible for all aspects of the firm's investment strategy, asset management activities, talent development initiatives, capital formation work, and risk management strategy.
Prior to joining Fremont, Mr. Singh was an Analyst in the Real Estate and Lodging Investment Banking Group at Bank of America Securities. During his time at Bank of America Securities, he worked on mergers/acquisitions and capital raising transactions with public and private real estate investment trusts and real estate operating companies.
Mr. Singh received a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.

Bob Peck is a Managing Director of FPR Partners, a private investment partnership focused on public equities. Prior to founding the firm in 2003, Bob managed capital of the Perot and Murchison families in Dallas, Texas. Bob is on the board of the Fremont Group. He received an M.A. in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Oxford University, where he was a Rhodes Scholar. Bob graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with an A.B. in History.

Dave Covin is the President and Director of Fremont Group. Dave joined Fremont in 2015 as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer and was elected President in March 2021. He serves as the Chair of the Investment Advisory Committee.
Dave has over thirty years of experience in a variety of roles with major global financial services and consulting firms. After graduating from Princeton, Dave spent eleven years with Goldman Sachs in their derivatives group with experience in trading, marketing, structuring, and risk management of credit, equity and interest rate products. In 2006, he joined McKinsey & Company and was a partner and senior member of the Corporate and Investment Banking practice.
Prior to joining Fremont, Dave served as the Chief Financial Officer for Citigroup's Markets and Securities Services, the bank's largest division. He was a member of the Markets and Securities Services Executive Committee and responsible for the development of overall strategy, implementation of strategic initiatives, balance sheet management, and resource allocation.
Dave serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations. Dave is a Board member of the William & Mary Foundation and on its Investment Committee. He is President of the Board of Trustees of the Princeton University Rowing Association and President of the Board of Trustees of the Oakland Strokes Rowing Club for high school and middle school students. He is a founding member of the Advisory Committee for A Most Beautiful Thing Inclusion Fund that supports education, scholarship, and mentorship programs to get more kids rowing from non-traditional communities and communities of color where youth face barriers to participation in the sport.

Erin Wilms is a Partner and Head of Client Services at Fremont Group with responsibility to deliver comprehensive family office services and wealth management advice to the family. Erin joined Fremont in 2018.
Prior to Fremont, Erin was a Managing Director and Head of Advanced Planning at UBS Financial Services, Inc. Over a decade at UBS she built out and managed the Advanced Planning team, working with the firm's wealthiest families to deliver comprehensive wealth planning analysis and consultation on tax, estate planning and philanthropy issues. Before moving into wealth management, Erin was a practicing tax and estate planning attorney in Silicon Valley.
Erin holds an LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law, a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law, and a BA in English from the University of Missouri - St. Louis. She is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States Tax Court. Erin is a former member of the Executive Committee of the Taxation Section of the State Bar of California.

Katia Ostrovsky is a Principal of BF Global with responsibilities spanning investment strategy, asset allocation, manager selection and risk management.
Prior to joining Fremont Group, Ms. Ostrovsky was an Associate Director of Investments at the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation where she managed a portfolio of public assets for five years, focusing on manager sourcing, due diligence and portfolio implementation. Previously, Ms. Ostrovsky was a Director at the Risk and Quantitative Analysis group at BlackRock, responsible for portfolio risk management and quantitative analysis of Multi-Asset portfolios. Over the thirteen years at BlackRock, Ms. Ostrovsky held a variety of roles in portfolio management and risk management across all major public asset classes. Ms. Ostrovsky started her career in Accounting at Century Bank and Trust in 2001.
Katia graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2001, with a B.S. in Business Administration. She holds a CFA designation since 2008. Ms. Ostrovsky is a Trustee of the Board of Hidden Villa, and serves on the Finance and Investment Committees.

Mr. Custodio joined Fremont Realty Capital at its founding in 1997 and has been involved with sourcing, structuring, executing and managing private equity investments in real estate operating companies as well as in real estate projects. His industry experience covers all core commercial property types and several alternative real estate sectors including senior housing, self storage, lodging, student housing, and cold storage. Mr. Custodio is an active member of the Management Committees and Board of Directors of many of Fremont Realty Capital's investments. Prior to joining Fremont Realty Capital, Mr. Custodio served as Senior Analyst for Fremont Properties, where he played an integral role in the underwriting and closing of new acquisitions and development opportunities, and assisted in debt refinancing and other asset management activities. Prior to his role at Fremont Properties, Mr. Custodio was with BA Investment Real Estate, an institutional real estate advisory group of Bank of America.
Mr. Custodio is a Chartered Financial Analyst charterholder and member of the CFA Institute, the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries and ULI. Kiele Neas is a Managing Director of BF Global with responsibilities spanning all aspects of BF Global's investment strategy, asset allocation, manager selection and risk management activity.
Prior to joining Fremont Group, Kiele was a Managing Director at the UCSF Foundation Investment Company, working across asset classes, with responsibility for sourcing, diligence, and the execution of investments. Before joining UCSF, Kiele spent seventeen years at Goldman Sachs as a Managing Director and senior portfolio manager for the Private Equity Group and also worked in the Investment Banking Division in Media and Telecom.
Kiele received her BA from Yale, magna cum laude, with distinction in economics, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Kiele is a Trustee of the Boards of the Wenner-Gren Foundation and St. Matthews Episcopal Day School and serves on the Finance Committee of the Board of Lucile Packard Children's Hospital Stanford.

Matthew J. Reidy joined Fremont Realty Capital at its founding in 1997 with roles in acquisitions, capital formation, portfolio/asset management, and investor relations. Mr. Reidy currently heads Portfolio and Asset Management, co-leads Investment Acquisitions and Dispositions, and is a senior member of the firm's investment committee.
Mr. Reidy has 25 years of industry experience covering all core property types and several alternative sectors including senior housing, hotels, self-storage, student housing, office, retail, and cold storage. He has established Fremont as one of the largest self-storage investors in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Reidy has served or is currently serving on 18 boards of directors and management committees in the U.S., Europe and Puerto Rico. He is currently serving on the board of directors of Blue Self Storage SLU (Chairman, Spain), My Place Holdings/SSDL GmbH (Austria, Germany and Switzerland), City Self Storage (Chairman, Spain) and Fremont-Metro (U.S.).
Prior to joining Fremont Realty Capital in 1997, Mr. Reidy was an Asset Manager for Fremont Properties with responsibility for a five million square foot office, industrial, retail, and land portfolio, owned directly or through institutional partnership entities. He previously held positions within Fremont Group's leveraged buyouts, corporate finance, treasury and strategic planning, and reporting groups. Before joining Fremont, Mr. Reidy held positions in the business development, venture capital, and strategic planning groups of Unisys (formerly Burroughs Corporation) in the U.S. & U.K.
Mr. Reidy is a member of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Managers and The Urban Land Institute. Mr. Reidy received a B.S. in Finance from California State University Sacramento and completed advanced studies in International Business and Economics at the University of Kent, Canterbury, England.

Prior to joining Fremont, Mr. Earthy was a Managing Director and a member of the Investment Committee at Ingleside Investors, a single family investment office in New York. Earlier in his career, he sourced and executed direct investments on behalf of the Chicago-based Pritzker family and the Vancouver-based Armstrong family. Mr. Earthy's other previous work experience includes the mergers and acquisitions practice of Goldman Sachs and the financial institutions group at McKinsey & Company.

Stuart Blackie joined Fremont Realty Capital in 2006 with asset management assignments in office, retail, lodging, residential and non-traditional sectors such as storage real estate, senior housing, and land investments. In 2014, after spearheading Fremont's re-entry into the European self-storage business, he relocated to Barcelona, Spain and dedicated his efforts towards building Fremont into a leading European self-storage investor. Mr. Blackie, now based in London, UK, serves on the Board of Directors of Bluespace, the largest Spanish self-storage platform and has asset management responsibilities for MyPlace, the largest German/Austrian self-storage platform. Additionally, he has responsibility for new investment and add-on opportunities throughout the UK and Europe.
Prior to joining Fremont Realty Capital, Mr. Blackie was Director, Capital Markets and Head of Investor Relations for Shurgard Storage Centers and before that Corporate Finance Manager for its offshore division headquartered in Brussels. He began his career with the real estate investment banking group at Credit Suisse First Boston in London.
Mr. Blackie received a Bachelor of Management Studies in International Management, Finance & Accounting from the University of Waikato (New Zealand) and is a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Susan Webster is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Fremont Group. She is a member of the Fremont Group Investment Advisory Committee and the Fremont Group Board.
Prior to joining Fremont, Susan was a partner at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. For more than thirty years, she represented public and private companies on a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, strategic alliances and joint ventures. She also counseled boards of directors and senior management on general corporate issues, including corporate and board governance, compliance, and other matters. As the first woman at Cravath to be elected a corporate partner and the third woman partner at the firm, she was actively involved in the firm's diversity efforts and is recognized as a leader in promoting gender diversity in law and business. She began her career at Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co., a predecessor firm of KPMP LLP.
Susan serves on the Board of Sheltering Arms Children and Family Services in New York City. She is a Trustee Emerita of Wesleyan University and currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Wesleyan Alumni Athletic Advisory Council. Susan is an emerita member of the Fordham Law School Advisory Board and served for fourteen years as a Trustee and Secretary of St. Bernard's School in New York City.
Susan has a BA from Wesleyan University, a MS in Accounting from New York University Graduate School of Business, and a JD from Fordham University School of Law, where she was the Editor-in-Chief of the Fordham Law Review. Susan is a Registered In-House Counsel in California.

Prior to joining Fremont, Tim was an Investment Banking Associate at BMO Capital Markets based in the firm's New York office. As part of the Mergers & Acquisitions group, Tim worked on a wide variety of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions with significant exposure to multiple industries.
A native of Yarmouth Port, Massachusetts, Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
