Aaron collaborates with clients to develop impactful strategic and creative solutions that achieve their organizational and project goals. His experience is in the strategy, planning, production, and management of websites, apps, and interactive digital experiences. Aaron's work has focused on museums and nonprofits, but he has also worked on enterprise applications and with Global 500 companies. He earned his BA in Fine Arts from Alfred University and an MA in Humanities and Media Study from the University at Buffalo.
Aaron is responsible for delivering smart solutions that satisfy our clients' complex and varying business goals, which includes bringing his love of data and natural knack for numbers to his clients' work. His diverse background in digital platforms has included working as a developer at an online fundraising engine and in public radio.
Adam Hudson leads project delivery for large state and federal government projects at Forum One. He has over 15 years of experience in project and product management in both the social sector and retail e-commerce space. He graduated from St. Lawrence University with a major in Economics and a minor in Music.
Adriene fosters and manages relationships between our clients and internal project teams in order to achieve individualized and relevant solutions. She has previously worked with intergovernmental organizations, foundations, and governing bodies - including the International Organization for Migration and the European Commission. Adriene also has experience in Public Relations and Account Management, and enjoys helping clients find creative answers! She graduated from the University of Washington with a BA in Communications.
Aki facilitates client relationships, manages cross-functional teams, and supports her clients' needs. She has experience with project management, web design, SEO, paid ads, social media, and content management. Aki earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of North Texas.
Alex is responsible for delivering smart solutions that satisfy our clients' complex and varying business goals. Alex earned his bachelor's in Mathematics at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. Alex's development background includes code development, information architecture, and functional requirements definition.

Alicia is a senior leader, professional business developer, and experienced capture manager specializing in campaign-style capture management. With experience at a large, traditional government services firm; a woman-owned 8(a) organization; a Silicon Valley company; and as an independent consultant, she has over a decade of experience supporting a variety of accounts and has witnessed new trends and innovations in GovCon (i.e., digital modernization, shared services, accessibility, privacy, and cybersecurity). In response, Alicia has successfully applied a hybrid of traditional and new contracting principles and capture strategies to win an increasingly competitive market. As the Managing Director of Public Sector Growth, she works across operations and services lines to ensure a continuous stream of new business with Federal, State, and local government customers. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Virginia Tech and her Master's of Public Policy from George Mason University.
Alycia uses code to help solve our client's problems and builds accessible websites with great user experience. She uses HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to build custom WordPress themes. She Alycia graduated from Sonoma State University with a B.A. in Communications. She also earned her Certificate in JavaScript from the University of Washington and her Certificate in Web Design from Seattle Central College.
Andrew contributes to our projects with new feature development, bug fixing, post-launch website support, and all around making sure our websites stay fresh and user-friendly. He earned his B.S. in Computer Sciences from West Chester University of Pennsylvania. He has a background in web and Drupal development with a focus on back-end software.
Andrew plans and builds dynamic, intuitive user interfaces in Drupal for our clients. He earned his MA in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) at Seattle Pacific University and his BA in Linguistics, with an English minor at the University of Washington. Andrew also has experience in solutions architecture and management.
Angele collaborates with clients to build creative and smart digital solutions. She graduated from Rutgers University School of Business with a Bachelors of Science in Finance and earned her Masters of Business Administration in Management from Wagner College. Angele uses her experience in project management, consulting, and tech implementation to help clients extend their influence.

Avery develops design-based experiences for individuals that promote inclusivity, accessibility, and storytelling through data and design. She is especially interested in and focused on investigating how users interact with the technical and physical space in order to address a wide variety of issues. Avery works closely with some of Forum One's largest clients, including AARP, the Patient-Centered Outcomes Research Institute (PCORI), and the Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). Before joining Forum One, Avery was a medical scribe within the emergency department at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Avery earned her Bachelor of Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a major in Neuroscience and minors in Computing & People and Health & Medical Sciences.

Barbara ensures that the Forum One staff are always at their best. With a B.S. in environmental science and business administration from Long Island University, she's a natural at building strategies, teams, and a culture around causes that matter, and maintains both the physical and social infrastructure of our nationally-recognized positive work environment. Barbara keeps a keen eye on ensuring that Forum One maintains a top-notch team to support our clients' missions successfully.
Ben enjoys helping organizations and clients find the right tools to help extend their influence and to use those tools efficiently. He works closely with Business Development and Project Coordination with a solutions focused mindset to ensure we offer the best approach to our clients. Ben has a BA in English Literature from the University of Washington and an extensive background in a digital startup and in non-profits. He also has a variety of experiences including quality assurance, troubleshooting technical issue, project management, and scoping new technologies and tools.
Beth loves to tell client stories and curate digital experiences. She ensures that her client's receive the highest quality service in her role as a Strategy Lead. Beth has experience leading public policy initiatives for business coalitions, working with startups to build operations and design client experiences, and working with technology companies to grow and develop off-line business channels. Beth earned her BA from Gordon College and attended Georgetown University.

He leads the technical services team in delivering high-quality, innovative, and impact-driven work and defining a technical strategy and roadmap that positions Forum One for the future while creating new and engaging opportunities for our people. Brian has over 12 years of experience forming, leading, and growing engineering teams, at agencies large and small, building innovative, future-friendly technologies on top of leading digital experience platforms. He uses his expertise in Front-end development, JavaScript, Digital Experience Platforms, and Headless Architecture to implement solutions into quality websites and web applications.

Brian is a full-stack web developer working with Drupal, WordPress and static generation tools. He aims to build websites that are intuitive for content editors to manage and end-users to navigate. He is an active participant in Seattle's local Drupal community and has an interest in accessibility, diversity, equity, and inclusion. Brian worked on the digital transformation of UW Medicine's website with Drupal 8 and was a digital communications manager at an international LGBTI human rights nonprofit. He graduated from Western Washington University with a B.A. double-major in Management Information Systems and Spanish Language & Literature.
Bridget oversees the web redesign process and coordinates with technical, design, and strategy leads to create exquisite deliverables for her clients. Bridget is a certified scrum master and has developed a strong foundation in user experience through her master's and bachelor's degrees in human computer interactions from Carnegie Mellon University. This knowledge and expertise in usability best practices helps influence her project teams to make user-centered products.
Carson plans and builds Drupal sites. He thrives working in a group environment to help build best-in-class Drupal sites. Configuring, extending, and customizing Drupal sites is what Carson does best. He's most interested in providing an excellent administration interface for complex and extensive Drupal projects. Charlotte works with her teams to achieve clients' goals by bringing innovation, creativity, and accessibility to the forefront of their digital presence. She is passionate about building relationships with both clients and internal team members to ensure we deliver the best possible solutions for our clients. Charlotte has experience managing a wide range of project types from 3D space design to branding to website design for a variety of clients. She earned her B.A. in Mathematics from Washington and Lee University.
Chris is passionate about developing admin experiences for our clients that simplify their content management process. He utilizes his 10+ years of experience combined with a B.S. in web development from ECPI College of Technology and an A.S. in multimedia from ITT Technical Institute, to develop responsive, accessible products and bring them to life with his keen sense of motion and animation. While WordPress development is his main cup of tea, he also enjoys dabbling with REST APIs, Frontend Frameworks, WebGL and videography.
Chris is fascinated by how things work- physically, organizationally, and strategically. Chris brings over 15 years of advising clients on developing and implementing online services to accelerate their impact and help solve global problems. He holds a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a master's in Public Policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Chris is a regular speaker and trainer on online strategic communications for policy-focused organizations, web strategy, blogs and online collaborative tools, and building organizational structures to run successful web operations.

Christina brings a truly global understanding to Forum One's marketing and community-building efforts, providing state-of-the-art content, resources and events that drive inspiration and results for mission-driven organizations. In addition to managing open source solutions for clients around the world, Christina's background includes ICT in education and collaborative learning. She is a member of the Forbes Communications Council and a regular contributor of marketing thought leadership for Forbes. Christina graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a dual BA in French and English Literature, and an MA of French from the University of Waterloo.
Christine provides senior-level strategic guidance to her clients and teams, ensuring excellence and mission-alignment across the projects in her portfolio. She's passionate about people and processes and treats every project as an opportunity to learn and improve. Known for her positivity and enthusiasm, Christine truly believes that every problem can be solved with good communication, collaboration, and chocolate pretzels.
Christine brings a strong background in strategic planning and project management to Forum One. She graduated from the University of South Carolina with her Bachelors in Political Science & Anthropology, is a certified scrum master, product owner, and PROSCI change management professional.
After interning with us, Clair joined our team and now is an essential part of our IT support. She earned her degree from George Mason University.
Cody eagerly works on developing impactful web solutions for our clients. He graduated from Seattle University with a BS in Computer Science. Cody also has experience with Python (and the Django framework) and once built a tool that allows a homeless respite program to more easily track medical information for their patients.
Corey specializes in branding, animation and interactive design at Forum One. He works with clients to create stunning and impactful designs that help propel their missions and brands forward. Under Corey's artistic direction, Forum One was awarded the 2017 Webby Award for the design of the National Museum of African American History and Culture's website, and he was featured for his excellence in creative design in 28 Days of Black Designers. Corey is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Graphic Design.
Corey brings expertise in the full range of development methodologies, a meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in HTML coding, SASS, CSS, JavaScript, Drupal, WordPress, interface and responsive design principles, and Section 508 accessibility testing. He received a bachelor's in Psychology from North Carolina State University and a master's in Cognitive Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Since leaving grad school, he has built up more than fifteen years of experience in development and interface design.

Corinne uses her skills in social media management, campaigns, marketing and ads to create consumer facing content for our clients. She is also experienced in social media copy editing. Corinne earned her BA double major in Sociology and History at The University of Dublin, Trinity College Dublin.
Dan is responsible for translating the visions of information architects and web designers into reality through his masterful skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP. Dan holds his bachelor's Physics and Music from Dickinson College. He has over 15 years of experience and is passionate about creating sites that everyone can access and writes, blogs, and speaks on web accessibility and Section 508 issues.

David Menefee is a senior web developer at Forum One with more than 25 years of experience in software engineering and more than 15 years developing for the web. As a senior web developer, David support projects through code development, information architecture, and functional requirements definition. His extensive background using PHP, CSS, SQL, and Javascript allows him to implement designs and solve problems rapidly and effectively.
Deanna is experienced in WordPress, Drupal, .Net, and on-site interactive installations. She crafts technical solutions for our ur clients and implements these solutions into quality websites and web applications. Deanna is especially interested in data visualization and machine learning. She earned her Bachelors degree from Cornell University.
Deborah works with clients to build custom solutions that meet and exceed their goals and requirements. She is passionate about Drupal site-building and development and making designs come to life. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Southern Illinois University.
Donna builds web-based applications in React and Next.js, and adds functionality behind the scenes for accessible user experiences using TypeScript/JavaScript. Her experience includes building search interfaces and data visualizations for the International Trade Administration, writing supporting serverless functions and data pipeline scripting, and using Matlab and Python to facilitate data analysis during scientific research. Donna earned her M.S. in Biochemistry from the University of New Hampshire, her B.S. in Microbiology from George Mason University, and her B.S. in Physics from the University of Mary Washington.
As Forum One's Chief Strategy Officer, Elisabeth directs our corporate strategic planning and guides clients in understanding how to effectively increase impact and engagement. Elisabeth brings more than a decade of experience in digital communications, the nonprofit sector, and fundraising to craft and implement successful strategic communications projects, campaigns, and organizational strategies. Elisabeth also has specialized expertise in crafting communications strategies for issue advocacy sectors.
Elizabeth develops clear and thorough proposals, collaborating cross-functionally as part of the business development team. She has experience with copy and grant-writing at various nonprofits as well as technology, government, and academic organizations. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University with minors in Spanish and Jewish Civilization.
Along with the accounting team, Beth ensures that all clients receive accurate and timely invoices and financial information. She received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Penn State University, but her first jobs were in programming and web development and brings a solid grounding in our work to the table.
