Adriaan has over 30 years of international experience in the industrial wastewater treatment industry, backed by a physics engineering degree and an MBA. Adriaan has applied his process engineering expertise and application-driven innovation to help engineer custom systems for companies worldwide.

Her role as an applications engineer provides the opportunity to help customers preserve our most precious resource: clean water. Crystal provides design support for our municipal applications.
Horacio is a chemical engineer with process design, project management, and field experience. He takes a practical approach to engineering problems and can help in both Spanish and English. Horacio leads FRC's rental fleet team.
Jamey has over 30 years of experience running and operating industrial process equipment and is highly knowledgeable in all FRC Systems products' operations. He is adept in system start-ups and operator training.
John is a project manager with degrees in industrial water treatment and business management. He is a highly skilled project manager with 25 years in the municipal and industrial water and wastewater industries.
An industrial engineer focused on detailed project engineering, Juan Carlos has almost 30 years of experience in process engineering and project management in the industrial wastewater industry. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Kevin has worked with FRC Systems for over 30 years and is responsible for manufacturing and delivering all fabricated equipment. Under Kevin's supervision, FRC can ensure a smooth delivery process.
Kevin has been involved in the industrial water market for over 30 years with extensive experience in the wastewater and compressed air/gas treatment systems for the EPC and experience in the oil, gas, chemical, and petrochemical industries. With a strong combination of business and technical skills, Kevin is adept at developing solutions to enhance our clients' process needs.
Leah manages the inside sales support processes, including the bid process, contract review and acceptance, and marketing. Leah has a degree in business and information systems and is dedicated to handling the details to keep the sales process running effectively.
Stephen is a chemist with a second degree in chemical engineering. Born in Niagara Falls, Stephen is passionate about water and is responsible for design, delivery and commissioning of FRC wastewater treatment systems.

With almost 20 years of experience working in wastewater process and system design, he has defined the processes behind the product engineering, design, and project management used in all of FRCs system implementations.

Tariq is a chemical engineer with a minor in environmental engineering. With over 10 years at FRC, Tariq has been involved in managing hundreds of systems, from design through commissioning, start-up, and training.
