Blake Iwaniw

Blake is responsible for automotive and industrial sales in the United States, Mexico and Latin America. He joined Frost in 2016 after accomplishing his Master's Degree at Thunderbird School of Global Management. Prior to that, Blake was a top producing salesman at a Fortune 500 company. In addition to his own sales responsibilities, Blake functions as Manager of Frost's sales in Mexico and Latin America. Blake is fully bilingual speaking fluent English and Spanish.

Chuck Deschaine

Chuck is responsible for bakery, poultry, industrial and automotive sales in the United States, Canada, select parts of Europe, Russia and Australia. He has been a member of the Frost team since 2008. Chuck is a truly consultative salesman who offers amazing service to both large, sophisticated publicly traded companies and smaller operations privately owned. He possesses a great capacity to grasp customer challenges and to navigate solutions with Frost products.

Dave Moore

Job Titles:

Dave is responsible for automotive, industrial, poultry and food sales in the United States. He has been a member of the Frost team since 2004 and has been in the conveyor industry for over 25 years. Dave brings a unique blend of consultative sales skills and technical capability in conveyors. His knowledge of all aspects of conveyance is unmatched. Dave is Manager of Frost Tech which focuses on selling chain wear monitors & chain health assessments.

Rod Montgomery

Job Titles:

Rod is responsible for food processing and industrial sales in the Midwestern United States. Rod has a particular focus in the red meat processing industry where his knowledge of conveyor products and their applications are the strongest in the material handling industry. Rod functions as a true sales engineer bringing to Frost customers a nice combination of high touch service accompanied by serious attention to detail. He is a creative type that possesses a "can do" attitude toward conveyor challenges posed by Frost customers.

Tom Frost - President

Tom is responsible for the overall strategic and operational direction of Frost. His time is spent in company management, sales & marketing, finance and organizational development. His background includes a 20 year successful career journey in the commercial banking industry. Tom came into the family business almost four years ago to function as Frost's CFO focusing on capital acquisitions and helping to grow the business. He recently became President of the company. Tom has enjoyed the transition to private industry and counts it a privilege to work with the Frost team in sustaining and developing the Frost legacy which is now over 100 years old. Tom earned his MBA at Grand Valley State University.
