Doug Robinson - CEO, Founder

As FreshDigitalGroup's Founder & CEO, Doug sets the company's vision and direction, performs the research that powers Fresh, and helps to oversee new client cultivation and development. An ambitious and innovative thinker, Doug continuously focuses on creating leading-edge digital strategies to meet clients' sales and marketing objectives. Since founding FDG in 2011, he has grown the business to include a focused portfolio of prestigious marketing and media companies and actually knows that every year forward will be the year of mobile. An evangelist of the "Fresh Way", Doug is a true partner to clients - helping them achieve greater success through customer engagement, retention and sales - he excels when presented with complex situations. His ability to analyze client challenges, dissect target markets and develop customized solutions has positioned him as a go-to source for companies looking to reach new markets, engage more customers and build their brands as well as helping partners scale their initiatives with the help of FDG. He personally enjoys helping clients achieve strategic marketing and sales goals through realistic, actionable strategies; and clients turn to him for his big-picture, out-of-the-box thinking. His unique ability to bridge the gap between design and technical expertise in the mobile space was proven through his roles as an Integration Director at the Hyperfactory and Creative Strategist at Ansible Mobile. Doug is highly motivated individual who gives his all in everything he does. When not leading FDG and engaging with clients, he channels his creativity and dedication to teach mobile classes at Miami Ad School, calling on his deft ability to bring ideas to life and problem-solve to achieve maximum results. His expertise has been recognized by the Advertising Research Foundation Committee, who appointed him a mobile liaison. Doug graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a B.S. in Political Science.

Emily Tapio

Emily graduated with a B.S. in Marketing from the Gabelli School of Business at Fordham University. Partnering with clients and internal cross-cultural teams, she is the lead in Client Services and educates brands on the value of mobile. She delivers strategic marketing results using a multitude of FDG's platforms and products. With a mix of creative, strategy, and analytics, her background in leadership at Fordham University as a four-year member and sole senior captain on the Women's Basketball Team serves to generate a unique vision at FDG. Emily is a highly motivated individual, who believes that mobile is the true future of the digital advertising age. She works to maintain the fast-paced lifestyle of the digital marketing world, in conjunction with New York City.

Judy Robinson - CCO

As FreshDigitalGroup's Chief Creative Officer, Judy oversees all creative efforts and ensures that the work is perfected to meet the clients' needs and expectations. She is an award-winning Creative Director who has spent her career working at some of New York's top agencies on a variety of brands, from beer to cereal to shopping. She was instrumental in helping Saatchi & Saatchi win JC Penney when they were a thriving department store in their prime. The work went on to gain many creative accolades, including Saatchi's award for Agency of the Year at Cannes. She went on to oversee 3 accounts: Yoplait Yogurt brands, Miller Genuine Draft and MGD64. She was then asked to help Y&R; win back JC Penney and try to help them recover from financial ruin. She worked on the "Apology" commercial that garnered over 500,000 youtube views in 2 days, as well as a variety of press. Her award-winning Back to School campaign gained more marketshare in the digital space for JC Penney than any of its competitors, including Target. As a freelance Creative Director, she was brought back to Saatchi & Saatchi to help launch Tide's "Always On" social campaign when they won the business. She lead a new team in developing a cohesive brand message across several social platforms, while also making staffing recommendations. For more than 15 years, she has straddled the line between traditional and digital creative until recently when it has become more synonymous. It is her goal to guide brands into the best digital space and make them shine. When she is not creating, she is making fish tacos and cheering on her favorite basketball team, the Kentucky Wildcats.

Juhee Chung

Juhee is our in-house Creative Graphic Designer from South Korea. She is a student at Korea Polytechnic University with a forthcoming degree in Industrial Design. With her experience in working as a UI/UX designer, she supports product development by delivering high quality visuals. She has a superior command of graphic media such as Rhino, Unigraphics and 3D Max, and is responsible for making wireframes and mockups, 3D Modeling, and creating rich media advertisements using the Celtra platform. Juhee is dedicated to creating beautiful graphics but also likes to enjoy music and art in her leisure. Her loves include watching musicals and visiting art galleries and museums. She finds her home with us at FRSH, in New York City, because she intends to be at the center of art and culture as well as the hub of this fast-paced digital industry.

Maria Perez

Job Titles:
  • Head of Media
As a our Head of Media, María is responsible for developing dynamic mobile strategies that help our clients leverage digital media. Her previous experience in research and planning for traditional media helped her jump into digital when she moved to NYC and fast track her knowledge into the new medium. By creatively integrating data and technology, she builds brand and performance marketing campaigns that focus on mobile for all of FreshDigitalGroup's media clients. In her spare time, María enjoys traveling and exploring different cultures, and NYC offers great opportunities for both. Born and raised in Madrid, she's lived in a variety of cities in the past few years, including London, Seoul and St. Louis, but feels she might just stay in NYC for a while.

Pantelis Nastis

Pantelis directs our in-house development initiatives and project manages the technical side for all of FDG's development projects. He brings 18 years of web development and 15 years of project management to our team. He is a full stack developer with expertise in human-computer interaction and experience in Swift, LAMP, Javascript, jquery, XML, JSON, HTML5, AWS, Joomla, Magento, and software development. Teli has been in love with computer since he got his own computer at age 9, or as he likes to say, "since before the Commodore 64"! His pet project is a mobile app that he is developing to transfer contacts between phones. He is thrilled to be a part of the FDG team and dive headfirst into mobile development. In his spare time, Teli enjoys playing chess and learning languages - he's fluent in Greek and Spanish and is currently branching out into French. He has black belts in Sedio Karate and Tai Chi. Teli holds a Master's degree from Stevens Institute of Technology in computer science and an undergraduate degree in Spanish from Monmouth University.
