In 2003, Fujian Investment and Development Company Limited, a company being beneficially owned by the Fujian Provincial Government gained control of the Company and renamed the Company as Fujian Holdings Limited. In December 2015, pursuant to the spirit of the restructuring plan approval arrangement of most of the provincial enterprises of the Fujian Provincial Government, and to enhance the strategic synergy among provincial enterprises so as to play a leading role in the development of the tourism industry in Fujian Province, the major shareholder of the Company was restructured.
