Adelina joined FSN Capital in 2023, having previously worked as a consultant in the field of Corporate Treasury Advisory within Financial Services at KPMG AG in Munich. During her time in Treasury, she gained relevant insights into various topics within different industries, ranging from the implementation of Treasury systems to the correct strategy for liquidity management. She completed her studies at Technical University of Applied Sciences Wuerzburg and spent a semester abroad in her second home country, Romania, at Babeș-Bolyai University.
Adeline joined FSN Capital in 2017. Prior to joining FSN Capital, she worked in the investment team at Cevian Capital, a European active ownership hedge fund. Prior to this, she worked in the Investment Banking Division at Goldman Sachs and Citi in London, with a focus on Diversified Industrials & Business Services. Adeline holds a M.Sc. in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management and a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics, with exchange studies at Singapore Management University.

Agnes joined FSN Capital in 2023. Prior to that, she worked for about 3 years at Danica Pension and SEB Pension as Customer Relationship Supporter within their Health & Care departments. She has broad customer service experience from administrative roles as well as a Junior Project Coordinator role with DKTV Anlæg (An affiliate of TDC).
She holds an M.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from Roskilde University and a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from Bifrost University.
Ana joined FSN Capital in 2019 coming from the digital consulting firm Synechron, where she was mainly working as a Business Analyst consultant helping the Swiss company SIX with implementation of a financial software.
Andreas joined FSN Capital in 2021 from Boston Consulting Group, where he worked as an Associate primarily within the Consumer and Private Equity practice. Prior to this, he was an intern at FSN Capital and an Analyst at Clearwater International.
Andreas holds an M.Sc. in Finance from Aarhus University in Denmark with study periods abroad at National University of Singapore and London School of Economics.

Angela joined FSN Capital in 2021. She began her career as a management consultant at Bain & Company, working in Boston, London, and across the Nordics. Prior to joining FSN, she spent several years in the travel industry, in various strategy and transformation roles at the Hurtigruten Group, based in Oslo. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (A.B.) from Princeton University, where she studied public policy at the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs.
Awais joined FSN in 2021 from Boston Consulting Group where he was a principal working with business strategy, transformation and operations. Prior to this, he was an analyst in investment banking at Carnegie. Awais holds an M.Sc. in Applied Economics and Finance from Copenhagen Business School, with exchange semesters at University of North Carolina and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.

Benjamin joined FSN Capital in 2022 from Horváth, where he was head of predictive analytics at the Steering Lab, the Horváth data science consulting center. His mission is to enable companies to become more data-driven and to transform data into value. Mr. Rygaard has 25 years of experience from various international industry positions. His career started in the media industry where Mr. Rygaard ended up being part of top management within Nordic Film Group which is part of the Egmont Media Group. Hereafter Mr. Rygaard entered the FMCG industry where Mr. Rygaard amongst others was member of the top management team in the finish group FAZER. In 2004 Mr Rygaard joined the Rockwool Group, where he held a senior vice president position.
In 2012 Mr. Rygaard became CEO of Dreyers Foundation which is among the largest Danish foundations dealing with real-estate business as well as philanthropic investments.
Charles joined FSN Capital in 2023. Prior to joining FSN Capital, he worked in the Private Markets Division at Mercer, covering private equity, private debt, infrastructure & real estate. Before that, he was at Deutsche Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Black Rock. Charles holds an M.Sc. in Mathematics and Finance from Columbia University and a Maitrise degree from MASS Mathematics of Finance.

Charlotte joined FSN Capital in 2021. Prior to FSN, she spent around six years at the Boston Consulting Group in Stockholm, where she worked in both the Finance and the HR team, focusing on recruiting, learning & development, and HR Operations in the Nordics. Charlotte holds a BSc in Business & Economics from the Stockholm School of Economics, and during her studies she took a year off to intern at the Swedish-American Chamber of Commerce in Philadelphia, and study at Stanford Continuing Studies. In parallel to her studies, Charlotte competed in figure skating on a national and international level.
Christian joined FSN Capital in 2020. He has business strategy, operations and M&A experience from The Boston Consulting Group, where he worked as a Consultant. Prior to this, he worked as an Intern at Altor Equity Partners in Copenhagen and as a Summer Analyst at Morgan Stanley in London. Christian holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Accounting from the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark, with an exchange semester at Wharton Business School.
Christian started working as an Executive Advisor with FSN Capital in 2019 having previously worked internationally for 30 years as an entrepreneur and manager. He started his career in the consumer goods industry as a brand manager for Procter&Gamble and subsequently worked for McKinsey & Co. in Germany and the US specialising in growth and e-commerce projects.
In 1998, he co-founded Scout24-group (now a listed company: A12DM8) - and served as Managing Director of AutoScout24 and CEO of Scout24 Holding, where he led the group from its inception to a European market leader. After leading the group to profitability he managed the trade sale to Deutsche Telekom and eventually left Scout24 in 2008.
Since 2005, Christian has co-founded several companies and privately invests alongside venture capital/private equity firms - mainly in the digital industry where he also coached and mentored start-ups while based in Mountain View, California in 2013. Since 2014, Christian has been focusing on investing and also acts as Chairman/Digital advisor on the boards of several growth companies (Verivox, Visable, diva-e, KellerSports).

Christian McCarty joined FSN Capital in 2022 from UniCredit in Munich where he worked in the European Leveraged Finance team focusing on buy-outs across the DACH region. He holds a B.A. in International Business Administration from Munich University of Applied Science as well as a Bachelor of Business from the University of the Sunshine Coast, Australia.
Chris joined FSN Capital in 2019 from Google Cloud where he was country manager in Norway before specializing in solutions in energy. He previously worked for IBM where he worked on the prestigious IBM Watson and SPSS projects.
Chris has a clear mission on joining FSN:

Clemens joined FSN Capital in 2018 from Citi in Frankfurt where he worked in the Investment Banking Division with a focus on M&A in the DACH region. During his studies, he conducted internships at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt and Raiffeisen Centrobank in Vienna. He holds a B.Sc. in Business, Economics and Social Sciences from Vienna University of Economics and Business in Austria, with exchange studies at Babson College.

Das has been a professor at Harvard Business School for 28 years and is currently also the Senior Associate Dean for Harvard Business Publishing. Das's research and teaching focus on Marketing, Sales, Leadership and Strategy. He has published academic papers, case studies, and books on these topics. Previously, Das has also served as a Senior Associate Dean of HBS Executive Education and HBS External Relations; and has been the Faculty Chair of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) and the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at HBS. He has consulted with companies worldwide across a wide variety of industries and developed and delivered leadership development initiatives for many of them. He has over two decades of public and private company board experience.
Das has been working with FSN Capital for the past decade in leading an annual workshop for the FSN team, advisors, and the portfolio company CEOs and board members. Starting in 2023, he started working as Executive Advisor.
Das holds a PhD from Krannert Graduate School of Management, Purdue University.
Debbie joined FSN Capital in 2021 from Boston Consulting Group in Munich. At BCG, she was a member of the Corporate Finance Task Force focusing on M&A and strategy development. Debbie holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilian-University in Munich and an M.Sc. in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics with an exchange semester at The University of Sydney.
Dr. Barbara Stolz joined FSN Capital in 2019. Prior to this, she was a research assistant at the Technical University of Munich teaching in private equity and serving as personal assistant to Prof. Dr. Ann-Kristin Achleitner. Her PhD thesis focuses on investment biases in the private equity market.
Barbara holds an M.Sc. in Finance and Information Management from the Elite Graduate Program of the Technical University of Munich with exchange studies at the Macquarie University. During her studies, she conducted internships at EQT Partners in Munich and BayernLB in Munich/London and completed the vocational training as banking professional (IHK) at SaarLB.

Eirik joined FSN Capital in 2018 from The Boston Consulting Group in Oslo where he worked primarily with Private Equity related projects and with Industrial Goods companies. Prior to this, he worked as an Intern at FSN Capital in Copenhagen, and Nordea Markets in Copenhagen. Eirik holds a MSc in Finance and Accounting from Copenhagen Business School with exchange studies at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Erik joined FSN Capital in 2005. He has M&A experience from Deutsche Bank where he worked within Corporate Finance in London, UK. He also has line management and restructuring experience from Ernst & Young, Oslo, Norway. Erik holds an MSc. in Business with great distinction from McGill University, Montreal, Canada, and the Norwegian School of Management BI. He has a junior officer's degree from the Norwegian Coastal Artillery Academy.
Eskil joined FSN Capital in 2015 from ABG Sundal Collier, where he worked in the Investment Banking Team. He holds an MSc in International Business from HEC Paris and graduated with Highest Honours. Eskil also holds a BSc in Economics and Business Administration from The Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.
Espen Asheim has over 30 years of CEO and Board experience from various industries like IT, Digital, Media, Business Services, and Logistics/Transportation. After 7 years in Telenor/ Canal Digital, he continued his CEO career in Elektroskandia, Via Travel Group/Egencia, Egmont Publishing and Saferoad. He also has consultancy experience from Accenture and the start-up companies eScienza and iEnergies. Via Travel and Saferoad has been/is owned by FSN Capital, and Espen has therefore worked with FSN Capital in various capacities since 2009.
Espen has held Board positions in Bertel O.Steen Invest, TV2 Norge, Fibo, and Mørenot. He is now working as full time Board member and as Executive Advisor with FSN Capital.
Espen holds as B.Sc from University of Oregon and MBA from Texas A&M / Mays School of business.
Eva has an extensive operational experience from over 30 years within the IT and Telecom business. She has held a number of leading positions within companies such as IBM, Ericsson, the telecom operator 3 and Nokia Networks. At Nokia Networks her last position was as Group Executive Vice President responsible for telecom services worldwide, with over 10.000 staff and more than 5B Euro in turnover. Since 2015 Eva is working solely as Chairperson and Board Director and she is currently on the board of a number of companies, both listed and un-listed.
Eva holds a B.Sc (Hons.) double major in Economics and Computer Science, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, USA and Stockholm School of Economics, Sweden. Since 2021 Eva is working in the capacity as Executive Advisor with FSN Capital.

Frederik joined FSN Capital in 2024. Prior to joining FSN Capital, he worked at Maersk, where he has 2.5 years of experience working with decarbonization in Maersk's Energy Transition team and 5 years of experience in the in-house consultancy division, Maersk Management Consulting.
Frederik holds an MSc in Applied Economics and Finance and a BSc in International Business, both from Copenhagen Business School. During his studies, he was on exchange semesters at Duke University, University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Frida joined FSN Capital in 2021. Prior to joining FSN, Frida was a Growth Strategist at Spotify in Stockholm, where she focused on user growth strategies across Spotify globally. Before that, Frida worked as a Strategy Development Director at Ericsson, and spent over 6 years as a Digital Strategy Consultant at Deloitte in London. Frida holds a Joint BA (Honours) in Economics and Finance from the University of Exeter.
Frode has entrepreneurial, strategy and M&A experience from Arkwright and Bain & Co. Prior to founding FSN Capital in 1999, he was a founding Director and the Chairman of the Executive Committee of Arkwright. Arkwright is a corporate advisory firm specialising in strategy consulting and M&A work. The firm had 120 professionals located in five offices; London, Paris, Hamburg, Stockholm and Oslo. Before Arkwright, Frode was a Manager with Bain & Co, London.
Frode holds a B.A. (Hons) from Simon Fraser University, Vancouver, B.C., and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. In 1978, he was named Scholar Athlete of the Year by the North American Intercollegiate Association (NAIA).
Gereon embarked on a journey with FSN Capital in 2023, leveraging his expertise in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters. Previously, he worked at Ernst & Young as a Sustainability & Digitalization Consultant, helping German DAX 40 companies to enact sustainable transformations. As an ESG Specialist at FSN Capital, Gereon is committed to facilitating data-driven ESG strategies, aligning investment decisions with sustainable value creation. His background in academia as a lecturer and author at IU International University further bolsters his analytical prowess. Gereon holds an M.Sc. in Data Science from Rome Business School and an M.Sc. in Business Administration and Economics from Bielefeld University. He has participated in diverse exchange programs at eminent institutions like Harvard, Università Bocconi, and Copenhagen Business School.
Gunn Wærsted served as Group Executive Vice President, Global Head of Wealth Management, and member of Group Executive Management for Nordea AB until January 2016. She also held the position as CEO for Nordea Bank Norway until the same date.
During her career, she has held several senior executive positions in banking, wealth management, and insurance incl. CEO of SpareBank1 and Head of the SpareBank1 alliance, Group Executive Vice President of DNB, and CEO of Vital Forsikring. In 1987 she was heading up the launch of the first money market funds in Norway as CEO of Nevi Investor.
Since 2016 Gunn has embarked upon a career as a non-executive board member, and her directorships include Chair of the Board of directors of Obton, Chair of the Board of directors of Telenor ASA, Chair of the Board of directors of Petoro AS, member of the board of directors of Fidelity International Ltd, member of the board of directors of Nationwide Building Society (UK). She has previously held several board positions including Chair of the Board of Ferd Holding AS, BI Norwegian School of Business, and member of the Board of Statoil (now Equinor), Statkraft, and Kreftforeningen (Norwegian Cancer Association).
She holds an M.Sc. in Business from BI Norwegian School of Business.
Hanne joined FSN in 2021. She has spent more than 10 years as a Corporate and M&A professional in Norwegian law firms Schjødt and Haavind, focusing particularly on private equity. Prior to her joining FSN Capital in 2021, she was seconded twice to FSN Capital as Legal Counsel.
Hanne holds a Master in Law from the University of Bergen (Norway). She is also specialized in EU/EEA and Competition Law matters from the University of Brussels.
Harshita joined FSN Capital in 2022 from True North Managers LLP. She has been working as a technical consultant in the development team of TrueNorth for approximately 2.5 years where she has made key contributions to building solutions for Portfolio Management and Valuation. She has a total of 14 years of engineering experience covering domains like Banking, HealthCare, Telecom, and Mobility. Harshita holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
Ingrid has an extensive retail experience from over 25 years in food retail. During her career she has worked In various leading leading management positions within the ICA Group. At ICA her last position was as Senior Executive Vice President for the Group with responsibilities for Brands, Marketing, Business Development, Communication, CSR, Quality and CRM.
Since 2010 she is working solely on the board of directors for several companies within the Nordics.
Ingrid holds a B.Sc. from Gothenburg School of Economics.
Since 2018, Ingrid is working closely with FSN Capital as Executive Advisor, serving on the board of directors in two portfolio companies, as Chairman in one of them.
Ingvild joined FSN Capital in 2017 having previously worked as consultant at the international department of Azets Insight followed by her summer internships in the internal account control department at Subsea 7. She has also previously served as the first female board member of the Norwegian Lacrosse Association.
Jan joined FSN Capital in 2022 from Accenture where he worked as a manager in the Nordic CFO & Enterprise Value team, mainly focusing on selecting and implementing digital solutions as enablers for value creation and process improvement within the CFO-area. Prior to moving into consulting he spent close to four years at DNV as a finance trainee and subsequent business controlling roles.

Jeanette Fangel Løgstrup is an independent board director, CEO, senior advisor, author, and public speaker. She is the author of the new book ‘Sustainable Leadership: ESG as the New ABCs of Management and Boards' (in Danish). Today, she serves as the CEO of the family business Expon, with a focus on investments and executive advisory. She is also currently an independent board director at JP Politiken Media Group, Andel Energy, Danske Invest, ATP Invest, Combineering, the Danish Foundation for Entrepreneurship, and Scandinavian Film Funds.
Jesper has more than 20 years of experience in Operational & HR Leadership roles from Danaher and TDC. At Danaher, Jesper spent seven years as VP HR in Radiometer in Copenhagen, 3 years as VP HR for Videojet, Foba & Linx with base in Chicago and a year as VP HR at Leica Microsystems in Germany. At TDC Jesper was CHRO. Jesper has significant experience in Transformations, Talent Management & Talent Acquisition aside of establishing core business processes and capabilities. Jesper has a Ph.D. in Industrial Psychology from the University of Copenhagen, Institute of Psychology. Started as Executive Advisor at FSN Capital in 2016 heading Talent & Process Excellence (FEF).
Joar joined FSN Capital in 2018. Prior to joining, he worked at Arma Partners in London, providing M&A advisory services to the Technology, Media & Telecommunications sector. Prior to this, Joar worked in the M&A-department at AniCura, evaluating and executing buy-side investments. He also has experience from Deloitte. Joar holds a BSc in Business and Economics from Stockholm School of Economics and an MSc in Finance from Stockholm School of Economics, with exchange studies at Duke University.
Johanna joined FSN Capital in 2020. Prior to FSN, she was Head of DACH for a software start-up in Munich, building and leading the sales and account management teams. Before that, she worked for more than five years at Booz & Company and Strategy& (part of PwC network) as Project Manager in Strategy consulting. Johanna holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School and an M.Sc. in Business Sciences from the Johannes Kepler University in Austria. During her M.Sc. studies, she also spent one year at the Goizueta Business School of Emory University in Atlanta.
