Alicia joined the Fuller Insurance team in 1989, and has over 20 years of insurance experience. Alicia is our bi-lingual CSR and she provides administrative support to our sales consultants. She is committed to providing our clients with unsurpassed customer service and creative solutions to meet their insurance needs. Alicia holds a California Fire & Casualty Insurance license. She graduated from Mt. San Antonio College with an Associate of Arts degree.
Alicia enjoys spending time with her husband and five children, listening to music and dancing.

Dana joined the Fuller Insurance team in 1997, and has over 25 years of commercial insurance experience. Dana's area of expertise is Income Property and Business Insurance, and she also excels at finding appropriate markets/carriers for specialty lines of insurance. Dana provides excellent account management services to our clients by negotiating on their behalf, offering quality products, and advising them of the best insurance solutions to meet their needs. Dana holds a California Property & Casualty Insurance License and is currently working towards her goal of obtaining her CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) Designation.
Dana enjoys spending time with her family, watching football, taking yoga classes or spending the day at Disneyland.

Danny joined the Fuller Insurance team in 2002, bringing with him over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. His expertise and professionalism has earned him numerous awards throughout his career. Danny played a key role in the development of the Personal Lines division. In addition to his responsibilities as Sales Consultant, Danny manages the Personal Lines Customer Service department and oversees the production for all Personal Lines Sales Consultants. Danny holds a California Property & Casualty Insurance License and a California Life & Health Insurance License.
Danny enjoys watching sports, playing golf and basketball, camping and traveling.
Diana began her insurance journey with Fuller Insurance in 2018. She started as a receptionist, handling the phones and miscellaneous tasks. Diana holds an Associate degree in Journalism and is soon to have a bachelor's degree in Public Relations. Using the skill set she has earned while in college. She has taken on the role of our social media coordinator. Diana is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring Fuller Insurance Social Media strategy to increase brand awareness. She is committed to informing our clients by sharing insurance content on our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
Diana enjoys going to concerts and random adventures with her friends on her free time.

Doreen joined the Fuller Insurance team in 2003 and has over 30 years of experience in customer service and agency management. Doreen is responsible for the management of our staff and agency operations. She enjoys mentoring and sharing her knowledge with our team and promoting a positive work environment. Doreen holds a California Fire & Casualty Insurance License and CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) Designation.
Doreen relocated to Idaho. She enjoys spending time with family and exploring all there is to see I'm her new home state.
Eric joined the Fuller Insurance team in 2010, bringing with him over 7 years of commercial insurance experience, with expertise in yacht insurance. Eric prides himself with taking the time to find the right solutions at the right price for his customers, and in doing so, earning "long-term" client relationships. Eric holds a California Property & Casualty Insurance license.
He is a former Non Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps and a Gulf War Veteran.
Eric enjoys sailing, race management, fishing, cooking and entertaining with his wife.
Ginny joined the Fuller Insurance team in 2014, and has over 25 years of commercial insurance experience. Jenice began her insurance career with Fuller Insurance in 2001. Jenice is dedicated to providing incomparable customer service to our clients, with special emphasis on Loss Control guidance and resolution. She plays a key roll in all aspects of agency administrative duties and is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the accounts payable department. Jenice holds a California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Jenice enjoys reading, photography and spending quality time with her family and friends.

Lindsay began her Insurance career with Fuller Insurance in 2006, bringing with her a successful background in outside sales. Lindsay specializes in providing insurance solutions to large and small income property owners. She was instrumental in the design and implementation of our Client Portfolio Insurance Analysis program utilized by Property Management Companies nationwide. Lindsay believes that building a strong rapport and earning a clients trust by helping them protect their valued assets is of the utmost importance. Lindsay holds a California Fire & Casualty Insurance License.
She attended California State University Fullerton, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business.
Lindsay enjoys going on runs with her Labrador.

Maggie joined the Fuller Insurance team in 2013, and has over 20 years of insurance experience. She is committed to providing our clients with unsurpassed customer service and creative solutions to meet their insurance needs. Maggie holds a California Fire & Casualty Insurance license.
Marissa began her insurance experience with Fuller Insurance in 2018. Marissa is quick and efficient with directing clients to the appropriate customer service representatives to assist with their specific needs and direct future clients to agents to receive a comparative quote with many of our carriers.
Marissa enjoys going to concerts, cooking, spending quality time with her family, and watching her kids grow.
Matt began his career in the military with the ASA (Army Security Agency) at age 17. He graduated from California State University Long Beach with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Financial Management.
Matt worked in Management at UPS, and upon graduating, he began working in his family's accounting and investigative services business until he founded FIA in 1982. Matt is also an Owner/Partner of CDF Insurance Services Inc, located in Palmdale, and serves on several advisory boards for the companies we represent.
Matt holds a California Property & Casualty Insurance License and Life & Health Insurance License. Matt chose the insurance marketplace to begin his business to provide quality insurance products to "Income Property Owners" nationwide.
Matt is married and has a daughter who works in the advertising industry. In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing golf, sports, beach volleyball, and traveling.
Michael began his career working in construction financing and commercial leasing. While in that field he built strong relationships with builders, developers, business owner, and those that own rental properties. As time went on, Michael gravitated more to business owners and those that own income properties. A very good friend mentioned that he may want to consider insurance as he truly has a passion for problem solving and helping people. He has been their ever since. Michael started at an agency in Los Alamitos, CA, handling auto, home, rental, and apartment buildings. He became the "go - to" on rental property accounts and serving the needs of all landlords. Also, enjoys helping young families and first-time buyers realize the American Dream if ownership.
He lives in Long Beach, he is married with 2 beautiful daughters. Michael enjoys hiking, music, and helping his community.

Michele brings 20 years of financial services industry experience to our team. Michele has a diverse background in sales and over 20 years in the insurance industry with four different "captive agent" companies, holding licenses in three different states. She focuses on Life Insurance, Disability Income, Long Term Care, Annuities, and Retirement Planning. She currently holds an Accident & Health and Life license. Michele enjoys traveling, cooking, fast cars, interior decorating and her adult children.
Sarah joined the Fuller Insurance team in 2019, having over seven years of insurance experience. She started as a receptionist at a local Allstate office in La Verne in 2010. After working there for a year as a receptionist, she obtained her license. She has a history of working with personal and commercial insurance, specializing in nonprofit/social-service organizations in the past. Her focus is now on personal insurance here at Fuller Insurance. She is committed to providing our clients with the best customer service to fulfill all their insurance needs.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking at Mt. Baldy and taking photos of nature as well as taking candid photos of society. She enjoys swimming, whether in the ocean or a pool, as well as taking her dog Lucky on walks.

Scott brings over 22 years of financial services industry expertise to our team. Scott's scope of experience has given him in depth knowledge of insurance companies, from the inside workings of home offices, all the way through product development and distribution. He focuses on Life Insurance, Disability Income, Long Term Care, Annuities, and Retirement Planning. Scott holds his California Life, Accident and Health, Variable Contracts insurance license as well as a Graduate Estate Planning Consultant designation.
Scott enjoys surfing, the beach and spending time with his two sons.
Valerie began her insurance career with Fuller Insurance in 2015. Valerie holds Associates degrees in Social and Behavioral Studies, Math and Science and in Communications at Riverside Community College. Valerie provides Office Assistance to our customers and sales team. Prior to starting her career in insurance, she worked several years in the wedding and golfing industry at a country club.
Valerie enjoys working out, attending sporting events, traveling, exploring museums and eating at different restaurants with my sisters and friends.
