As a director at FSG, Aditi is passionate about helping clients learn from data and experiences in order to better serve their communities and deepen their social impact. She works closely with clients to develop strategic learning systems that enable them to articulate, measure, and learn about their outcomes and impact, and leads mixed-method evaluations to help clients assess their effectiveness and make informed decisions. She has worked across a range of issue areas, including policy and governance, U.S. and global health, journalism and media, and environmental conservation. Recent clients include the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, Headwaters Foundation, and Open Society Foundations.

Akshay joins FSG with professional experience in consulting, economic research, and quantitative modeling, as well as a broad understanding of the infrastructure and agriculture sectors. At FSG, Akshay works within the Inclusive Markets approach area. His current project, on the theme of Early Childhood Education (ECE), aims to catalyze the scaling of an affordable, high-quality, private-sector ECE industry, catering to low-income households in urban India. His work ranges from understanding the policy landscape for ECE in India to profiling customers and sizing the market for low-cost ECE.

Alicia is a marketing and communications professional skilled in crafting outreach strategies for complex subjects to engage diverse audiences. She comes to FSG with over 10 years of experience building communications plans for companies committed to systemic social and environmental change. As director of communications of Talent Rewire, Alicia leads strategic thinking in order to strengthen the brand and engage global partners in its mission to build a community of leaders who find business opportunities in addressing societal challenges. Alicia worked as the marketing communications manager at Northeast Energy Efficiency Partnerships, a nonprofit whose mission is to accelerate energy efficiency as a core strategy to meet energy needs in a carbon-constrained world. There she oversaw a marketing team to provide strategic direction, campaign and message development, content creation, media outreach, website support, digital marketing, and event marketing targeted to a wide range of audiences. Previously, she worked as an investor relations associate at Econergy, an international developer of clean power projects in North and South America.

At FSG, Allison contributes to projects in rural communities with organizations collaborating to achieve common goals, in addition to supporting foundations to develop strategies and measurement tools that center communities' needs and voices. Allison is particularly interested in developing social impact strategies and measurement plans that accurately capture value for all stakeholders and are integrated into a firm's core values.

As a program assistant, Ankita is responsible for coordinating the fundraising, dissemination, and other program-related activities for the Program to Improve Early Education (PIPE) and Growing Livelihood Opportunities for Women (GLOW) in urban India.
