Amanda O'Brien

Amanda expertly supports our Gold Coast team and as a clerk at Garde Wilson Lawyers, she is entrusted to help our clients through a challenging period in their journey to justice. With positivity and patience, Amanda prepares each of our clients for court, and provides a friendly and compassionate point of contact for all our Queensland clients. Amanda enjoys a number of hobbies including equestrian sports and show jumping, karate and boxing, yoga and running.

Mitch Fraser

Mitch provides start-to-finish support to Garde Wilson Lawyers' clients; from first call through to courtroom appearances, and possesses a strong understanding of the Victorian Criminal Justice System and its processes. He has extensive experience preparing court documents, co-ordinating medico-legal assessments, and acting on clients' behalf with prosecution and police. With energy, empathy and an unshakeable dedication to upholding the highest professional standards, Mitch strives to empower each client we act for, both as a personal trademark and as the standard bearer of Garde Wilson's culture and ethos.

Tania Bolton

Tania attended The University of Melbourne, attaining her Bachelor of Laws (Hons), on completion she gained an Article Clerkship position at Richmond and Bennison solicitors, in Summary Defence Crime, Personal Injury and Family Law. In 2002, February was admitted to practice and offered a solicitor role at the Office of Public Prosecutions, indictable crime, she worked at the Office of Public Prosecutions for 8 years. During that time Tania worked in the specialist crime units, Major Drugs Division, Serious Sex Offences and Serious injury cases and Murders. Tania was appointed as the Associate to the Director of Public Prosecutions, now the Honourable Justice Paul Coghlan K.C OAM. She worked closely with Justice Coghlan on numerous major cases in Victoria at the time. She also appeared at the Coroner's Court in matters on his behalf (Matters of Halvargas [Dupas], Jaden Leskie and Ors). In May 2009, Tania completed the Victorian Bar Readers Course and was admitted as a Barrister of The Supreme Court. She managed a very busy jury trial practice in both Criminal and Family Law jurisdictions.

Zarah Garde-Wilson

Since then, Zarah has continued to successfully defend clients facing serious criminal charges, applying her sophisticated knowledge of the law and deep knowledge of the criminal justice system. Zarah regularly appears and instructs in a diverse range of criminal matters in all jurisdictions in Victoria and across Australia including complex drug matters, violent crime, criminal syndicate, homicide and fraud matters.
