After Ian McNicol became a Red Seal Journeyman Carpenter in 1988, he began working for himself in the construction industry. Shortly after Garian Construction was incorporated, Ian started to put down his tools and pouch when managing his construction projects became a full-time job. Throughout the next 30+ years, the company grew from a few carpenters working from a half-ton truck to a professional construction company that serves Yarmouth, Shelburne & Digby Counties (and occasionally beyond)... Garian Construction provides quality and reliable residential and commercial construction services to clients in Yarmouth, Digby and Shelburne... Our industrial services extend to manufacturing facilities, fish processing buildings, lobster pounds, dry & cold storage, & more. A large focus on industrial construction is understanding our clients' needs and working together closely, so we can design and build according to their work environment.
