Ian is currently Group Chief Financial Officer of the Gasan Group, responsible for overseeing and managing the accounting and treasury functions of the Group's various operations and investments. Ian is also a director of Gasan Finance Company p.l.c. and GasanZammit Motors Limited, and company secretary of a number of Gasan Group companies. A certified public accountant by profession, Ian started his career as an auditor with PwC in 2000 where he spent 6 years working on a diversified portfolio of clients, both locally and abroad. Prior to joining the Gasan Group, Ian spent 8 years in senior finance positions within the aviation and financial services industries.

Mark Gasan is the Chief Executive Officer of Gasan Group Limited. He joined the Gasan Group in 2003, at the age of 22. He started off working within the Real Estate Division of the Group. Over the years Mark immersed himself within all areas of the Group's operational businesses and investments. His main goals were to consolidate and streamline the Group's operations, to ensure focus and continued growth for the foreseeable future. In 2014, Mark Gasan was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Gasan Group Limited, a position he continues to hold today. Under his leadership, the Group successfully completed the consolidation of its four core pillars. Today, the companies within each pillar are considered to be among the leaders in their respective markets. Mark Gasan currently sits as an Executive Director on the board of directors of every company within the Group, as well as the management committees; overseeing all of the operations and investments of the Gasan Group. Mark completed his education in the United Kingdom at the University of Leeds where he read International Studies including Economics, Politics and Law.

Stefan, a certified public accountant by profession, is the Group Chief Operating Officer of the Gasan Group, responsible for overseeing the Group's operations. Stefan is the Chief Executive Officer of GasanZammit Motors Limited and is also a director of Gasan Enterprises Limited and Mekanika Limited. Prior to joining the Gasan Group, Stefan held senior executive positions with a multinational conglomerate specializing in manufacturing of industrial products and equipment for which he was responsible for operations in Malta, France and Morocco. Stefan was also a director of a local leading Group involved in manufacturing as well as property development.

Mr. Joseph A. Gasan is the Chairman of Gasan Group Limited, GasanZammit Motors Limited, Gasan Mamo Insurance Limited and several companies constituting the Gasan Group. He is also a director of several companies including MIDI p.l.c. and Main Street Complex plc. Joseph Gasan assumed the running of the family business in 1971 and in the mid-seventies initiated and directed an expansion and diversification programme, which saw the company grow its positions in the automotive and marine business and enter new areas of business, resulting in the evolvement of the Gasan Group to its present level of development. Under Joseph Gasan's Chairmanship, the Group successfully expanded its portfolio of activities; established leadership of the automotive business; captured a significant share of the Insurance market; introduced cable television to all Maltese households; secured a strong presence in the development of residential and commercial property; and maximised business opportunities in the engineering and information and communications technology sectors.
