Over the years, GD Architecture has developed a strict protocol for analyzing the requirements of a project and the anticipated client needs. When required, a suitable program for the project is developed and completed in an interactive process with the client. This kind of program, whether provided by the owner or developed with our team, establishes the scope and budget and serves as the basis for the project design... To us, architecture is about more than executing design. We hope to partner with our clients to help bring their vision to life through an aesthetically pleasing and functional design solution. We achieve this with a hands-on, service-oriented approach most often handled by the firm's principal, Gary Dunn. Simply put, we listen to a client's needs and desires and then combine our talents and expertise with those of our consultants to ensure the best possible results.
