Because we're committed to the safety of our customers and users of our swimming pool liners and safety covers, we do not sell directly to homeowners. We also do not sell to "big box" retailers or hardware store chains. And we do not sell our pool liners and covers to catalog houses or internet sellers... Founded in 1964 by Bill and Winnie Garrett, and currently managed by second generation owner, Ken Garrett.
