GEISSLER HEARING - Key Persons


David Tolliver

David's 20-year Naval career took him all around the world, but he is happy to call Munster his final duty station. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice (University of Maryland) and a Master's Degree in Human Relations (University of Oklahoma). David's role as Executive Director started in 2014 and he has truly learned to wear a lot of hats in the day to day operations. His favorite moments at work is hearing his kids coming down the hallway to visit him. In his spare time David enjoys running and bike riding; however, he is most happy when spending time with his wife and children.

Francesca Bonarigo

Francesca graduated from Illinois State University in 2015 with her Bachelor's degree. She joined Dr. Geissler's Hearing Center in December of 2018 and is the Munster office manager. Francesca grew up in Lansing, Illinois, and then moved to Northwest Indiana. She enjoys spending time with her husband and their children James and Amelia. Francesca likes watching scary movies and playing board games. Her favorite games are Farkle and Zombicide. Francesca is a big dog lover, especially her two labradors. When she isn't with her family or playing with her dogs, you can find Francesca in her craft room!

Gina E. Geissler

"Dr. Gina and Dr. Brian take interest in their patients. They try to fit care around patients' lives. In this busy world it is such a help to have such care and caring people to help me." Dr. Gina Geissler is a board certified Doctor of Audiology specializing in amplification for hearing loss in the adult and pediatric populations. She evaluates and treats people with tinnitus (ringing in the ears) and vertigo (dizziness). She also evaluates and treats those with hearing loss related to illness, ageing, noise-exposure, chemotherapy and diabetes. Dr. Geissler received her bachelor's degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI and her Doctor of Audiology degree from Central Michigan University in Mt. Pleasant, MI. Her clinical Internship included training at the Veteran Administration Hospital in Tucson, AZ and overseas in Guatemala, Honduras, and the Dominican Republic. Her residency training was completed at Illinois Masonic Medical Center in Chicago, IL. At least once a year, Dr. Geissler participates in a medical mission trip to Guatemala, Africa, or the Dominican Republic. She volunteers her time and services as part of a medical team. Throughout the year, Dr. Geissler collects donations of used and broken hearing aids which are refurbished and provided to children she treats on these trips. Donations are accepted at each office.

Jackie Polus

Jackie joined Dr. Geissler's Hearing Center in 2023 and loves getting to know all the wonderful patients, while learning all about the hearing healthcare. With a background in graphics, she enjoys creating invitations, cards, and crafts for family and friends. When she's not working, Jackie loves spending time with her 3 daughters and their families, along with her 3 granddaughters. Other free time activities enjoyed are reading thriller novels, trying to improve her golf game, and traveling. One of her favorite trips was to Memphis with her husband, Tom, to visit Graceland as Jackie is a long time Elvis fan.

Jasmine Wagman

Jasmine joined Dr. Geissler's Hearing Center in April 2022.She is hard working and loves to help however she can. Jasmine has 3 cats named Phish, Murphy, and Lefty. In her free time, she likes to hang out with her cats and fiance Jovan. She also enjoys painting playing video games, reading manga or watching aime.

Kailee Cahill

Kailee joined Dr. Geissler's Hearing Center in August of 2023. She helps service our patients during their appointments by training them to feel confident and become comfortable hearing aid wearers. Kailee graduated from Calumet College of St. Joseph in 2017 and worked as an elementary school teacher for 5 years. When she is not working, she spends most of her time with her three boys, Parker, Nolan, and Brooks. Together the 4 of them love to bake, read Pete the Cat books, and play Mario Party.

Kelly Medina

Kelly joined Dr. Geissler's Hearing Center in the fall of 2015. She is the office manager at the Hammond office. She helps the doctors preform cerumen removal and all other hearing aid duties with maintaining hearing aids and keeping them in their best working order. Kelly graduated with an Associate's degree in Applied Science from South Suburban College in May of 2012. When she is not working, Kelly loves spending time with her husband Michael, their kids Mikey and Olivia, her dog Monster, and close friends. Her favorite things to do are going to the movies, spending time at the beach (preferably in the Florida Gulf), and bingeing on her favorite TV shows, some of which include the Walking Dead, Game of Thrones and Law and Order SVU.

Sheila Decker

Sheila has worked part time for Dr. Geissler's Hearing Center since 2010. She graduated with an associate degree from Frank Phillips College. She went on to Texas Tech University majoring in Political Science. Sheila grew up on Army bases around the world before finally settling in West Texas. She met her husband Bill while attending Texas Tech. In 2006 they moved to Hammond, Indiana. She and her husband have two children and she loves spending time with them walking in the woods, picking fresh fruit, and playing video games. Sheila is obsessed with British TV Crime shows and Star Trek.
