In 2008, GNB Builders became a certified Built Green builder designated through Built Green Canada with all home certified Built Green since. In 2012, they were awarded the prestigious BC Built Green Builder of the Year by Department G of Built Green Canada as well as one Gold Care Award and five Silver Care Awards from CHBA. In 2013, the company was awarded with the Business Excellence Award for best company (under 50 employees) and Best Construction Company from Business Vancouver Island. In 2015, the company received a Grand VIBE award (Vancouver Island Business Excellence) and was a finalist for 3 others. Recently it was announced that GNB Builders was a finalist for seven VIBE Awards, which include Best Renovator, Best Builder and Project of the Year for Vancouver Island. The team brought home three awards for Best Single Family Production Home, Best Any Room and Best Single Family Kitchen.
