Adrianne Blank, R.L.A., ASLA Landscape Architect As a Landscape Architect, Adrianne brings a designer perspective to project management coordination with a sensitivity to land, client goals, team, and governmental agencies. Her experience includes projects from initial sketch phase through construction documents. Adrianne provides a comprehensive view, including construction administration experience, site observation reporting, municipal planning support, and coordination with agencies. As an appointed Municipal Planner, she assists in securing public funding and provides technical plan reviews for private subdivision and land development applications. This, coupled with Adrianne's prior role as the Main Street Manager for Boyertown, has made her a proponent of community engagement, recognizing the value of public input.

Alex Nguyen

As the Technical Leader and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Manager at G&A, Alex is responsible for the development and implementation of municipal and private GIS systems from the Needs Analysis stage to final delivery of a custom GIS system. He is also responsible for the oversight of digital conversion of hardcopy maps, database and theme creation, implementation of programs, and development of technology applications. Alex is an expert in geophysics, remote sensing, cartography, image analysis, and GIS. Alex believes with the latest technology solutions, daily management of infrastructure (design/maintenance/servicing) and the municipal process (property/permit/codes) can be greatly streamlined.

Alexander Dyke - EVP

Alex has 30 years' consulting experience including the planning, design, construction, and management of public and private water resource projects. He is responsible for management of professional staff and projects, and is also directly responsible for representation and consultation with municipalities, municipal water and sewer authorities, investor-owned water companies, and private industry. Alex has experience in environmental consulting including site investigation, underground storage tank services, and site remediation for soil and groundwater contamination. As the Authority Engineer for various municipalities, he is also responsible for the review and oversight of developer sponsored projects involving construction of water and sewer supply, collection, conveyance and treatment facilities.

Amanda Fuller

Amanda is a Senior Project Manager with experience in all aspects of civil engineering from design through construction, including stormwater management, permitting, utilities, cost estimates, and construction administration services. As the appointed Municipal Engineer for several townships and boroughs, she assists municipal clients in securing public funding and provides technical plan reviews for private subdivision and land development applications. Amanda is dedicated to supporting the communities she serves through a unique understanding of all phases of land development.

Andrew Schanck

Andrew has 17 years' experience in Civil Engineering. His career has included land development and municipal engineering, specifically site and subdivision plans, capital improvement projects, utility design, stormwater management design, and construction management. Andrew specializes in stormwater and flood management analyses, but takes pleasure in the variety civil engineering offers, whether working on a project from surveying through construction, or assisting on private, institutional, and municipal projects alike. He enjoys being a problem solver and believes every civil engineering project is a unique challenge.

Benjamin Kutz

Ben has 10 years of diverse civil engineering experience with both municipal and private clients. He serves as the Township Engineer for Middle Smithfield Township and Sewer Engineer for both Smithfield Sewer Authority and Lower Nazareth Township. Additionally, Ben has extensive experience designing commercial land development projects, residential subdivisions, and intricate lot grading plans for luxury custom homes in the Lehigh Valley area. Ben is driven by the variety of the work, enjoys collaborating with clients, and getting projects completed through final construction.

Bianca Nitica

Job Titles:

Bianca is a Project Engineer who primarily works with G&A's municipal clients. Her responsibilities include review of subdivision and land development applications and plans, preparing regulatory permit applications, and bid documents. Bianca has experience with stormwater management design such as modeling runoff and stream restoration, as well as erosion and sediment control design. She also works with the Environmental department to complete hydrogeologic studies, quarry permitting, and groundwater and surface water monitoring programs. Bianca enjoys collaborating with different disciplines within G&A to provide a full service product to our public and private clients.

Brandon Broniszewski

Brandon Broniszewski, G.I.T., S.E.O. Staff Scientist As a Staff Scientist in the Geotechnical Department, Brandon is responsible for technical data collection and reporting. He enjoys collaborating with other staff to develop a well-rounded perspective of their processes and to view the data he provides from a different lens. His field responsibilities include oversight of drilling and test pit investigations and stormwater infiltration studies. Brandon has experience in technical observation and documentation of a range of construction activities throughout our service area, including inspection of reinforced concrete and soil compaction. Prior to joining G&A Brandon served as a combat engineer for the US Army.

Brian Brochon

Since joining G&A 20 years ago, Brian has become an experienced project manager, providing Water Resources engineering services such as design and administration of public utility construction projects and consulting for authority and municipal clientele. His projects include water and wastewater system expansions, rehabilitations, and replacements, as well as the design and permitting of pumping stations and treatment systems. Brian enjoys helping his clients develop their ideas into projects that will provide environmentally safe facilities to the communities that they serve.

Brian Dusault

Brian is responsible for the leadership and management of G&A's construction observers and quality control and assurance for both capital improvement and private projects. Joining G&A over 20 years ago, Brian is skilled in construction management, specifically; handicapped accessibility, traffic signals, roadways, bridges, and supply water/waste water conveyance and treatment systems. He provides guidance and construction management for public and private paving and concrete programs and acts as liaison between residents and developers on behalf of the municipalities, authorities, and agencies that G&A represents.

Brian Studer

Since joining the firm over 6 years ago, Brian is a project manager, providing municipal and private engineering services, specializing in municipal capital improvement projects. His experience includes feasibility studies, conceptual site layout design, site grading and stormwater management design, Best Management Practice and Low Impact Development design, erosion and sediment control design, and local and state permitting. Brian enjoys working with the development team to address and resolve the challenges that come with each project site.

Christopher Freer

Chris is a Professional Geologist with 9 years of experience in the environmental consulting industry who began his career as an entry-level geologist working on various projects related to site assessments, soil and groundwater investigations, and remediation efforts. Over the years, he has honed his skills in project management, field investigations, data analysis, and technical report writing.

Christopher Green

Chris has 26 years' experience working on a wide variety of planning and design projects. Ranging from public place-making including streetscapes, parks, and playgrounds to planning of Low Impact Development (LID) and Redevelopment Sites, Chris utilizes a creative approach to develop design solutions unique to each project. He is involved with all aspects of site design including conceptual plan preparation through to detailed design of site features including landscape and site lighting. Chris strives to integrate required site features including stormwater management facilities in creative and sustainable ways.

Cindy Culp

Curtis English III

With over 40 years' experience, Curt is responsible for all phases of work in both residential and commercial land development projects at G&A's Montgomery County office. He has worked with oil and gas exploration and production companies to manage pre-drill baseline water sampling operations, emergency spill response, and erosion and sedimentation control maintenance programs. He is well versed in the preparation and submission of studies, reports, and exhibits necessary to obtain floodplain map revisions from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Curt enjoys the challenge of site design projects and thinking outside of the box to produce unique development solutions to help clients reach their goals.

Damon Drummond

With over 24 years' experience, Damon is a senior transportation engineer specializing in traffic engineering, highway engineering, and transportation planning projects for state, municipal, and private clients. Damon is experienced in the preparation of roadway plans, traffic control plans, signage and pavement marking plans, and right-of-way plans. He coordinates traffic impact studies, intersection designs, highway occupancy plan sets, traffic signal designs, and traffic signal system plans for permitting by PennDOT. Damon enjoys collaborating with clients to develop safe transportation improvements for communities.

David Boginsky

Dave is a Project Engineer experienced in land development and other CAD-based engineering applications. His responsibilities include designing project sites and developing stormwater management modeling to reduce storm runoff. Dave is passionate about designing and implementing stormwater management BMPs and sustainable energy plans to further reduce the environmental impact of land development practices. He designed several private and public development projects that incorporate stormwater infiltration basins, rain gardens, and porous paving.

David Leh - VP

Joining G&A as a young engineer over 25 years ago, Dave is now a Vice President responsible for managing our Trappe office as well as overseeing our Municipal Services in western Montgomery and Chester Counties. He has over 30 years' experience in both municipal and residential/commercial land development engineering. Dave serves as the appointed engineer for several municipalities in Montgomery and Chester Counties, some of which he has served for over 20 years. His responsibilities include the regulatory review and oversite of construction for development activities within the municipalities in addition to the design and implementation of municipal capital improvement projects. Dave is a proponent of good communication and feels most issues can be avoided if communication is maintained. He prides himself on making sure all stakeholders, whether they be elected officials, municipal staff, municipal residents, or contractors, be kept fully informed on any given project.

David Scherf

Dave has over 8 years' experience in land development projects specializing in stormwater, including residential and commercial, in urban and suburban settings. His primary responsibilities include subdivision and building permit plan reviews, including review of municipal ordinances. Dave enjoys the diverse array of projects he encounters working in the office and in the field, being able to utilize skills learned from his engineering background and calling upon the field experience he's gained since transitioning to the construction observation team. He feels the combination of the two has provided him a great foundation to build upon in future residential, commercial, and municipal projects.

Donald Rapsinski

Don has over 40 years' experience in land surveying. As the Survey Department Manager, Don is responsible for the management and coordination of surveying services for private and public sector clientele. His responsibilities also include drafting services, survey data analysis, and CAD operations. Don has handled a variety of projects including small lot surveys, large residential subdivisions, commercial properties, airports, open space land preservations, municipal sewer/water, and layouts. Additionally, he has prepared legal descriptions, elevation certificates, and survey plans for boundary, topographic, existing features, and ALTA/NSPS surveys.

Douglas Rossino

Doug has over 23 years' of diversified civil engineering experience for both municipal and private clients. Eric Clase - EVP

As Executive Vice President of Land Design Services, Eric oversees client relations and provides overall direction to the Land Design project managers throughout the firm. He has over 28 years' experience in land development and site design, including residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional design projects. Eric provides expert presentation and testimony for clients at township planning commission, board of supervisors, and zoning hearing board meetings. Many of Eric's signature projects become economic drivers in the region, positively impacting our community. As a result, Eric is driven to assist his clients navigate the challenges of the land development entitlement process.

Erik Garton - EVP

Joining G&A as a summer intern well over 20 years ago, Erik is now an Executive Vice President who has worked in many different areas of the firm, developing a broad knowledge and expertise in the key aspects of engineering. As his role and responsibilities have grown over the years, Erik has focused on being a leader in the firm's municipal engineering practice. He helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the municipal group while strengthening relationships with existing clients and cultivating new ones. Erik graduated from Lehigh University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering and is also a graduate of Penn State University where he obtained his Masters in Business Administration. He currently serves on the Board of View for Montgomery County where he lends his engineering expertise to help solve property issues for the Court of Common Pleas. Outside of Gilmore & Associates, Erik is actively involved in his community, having previously served on the Board of Directors of a local SPCA and currently serving on the Foundation Board of a local community-focused hospital.

Erin von Hacht

Gary Young

Gregory Glitzer - EVP

Greg works with our teams of multi-disciplinary professionals in the planning, design, and permitting of community, commerce, and infrastructure projects. Drawing on over 37 years' experience in multiple civil engineering disciplines, he has led many of the signature projects that have driven the growth of G&A during his 30-year tenure, from award-winning conservation-based communities to large-scale industrial redevelopment. Greg was instrumental in embracing green infrastructure as a foundation of our professional practice long before it became a regulatory requirement, however his greatest source of pride is derived from his close collaboration with his peers, many of whom have shared his journey of growth. Greg views every day as a learning opportunity, though his favorite design tools remain tracing paper, markers, and sticky notes. Greg volunteers with Trout Unlimited in the protection and restoration of Bucks County's unique coldwater resources and assists Snipes Farm and Education Center in restoration and naturalization efforts on their organic farm.

Jacob Brink

Jacob is a Senior Project Engineer in the Structural and Forensic Services department. He is a Certified Bridge Safety Inspector and is experienced in leading field inspections and preparing bridge condition assessment reports for submission to PennDOT, SEPTA, Municipalities, Counties, and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. He has performed more than 500 bridge inspections, including routine, special, fracture critical, and in-depth inspections for PennDOT, county, and local bridges and culverts. Jacob enjoys the variety of work from design of bridges, buildings, and other infrastructure including developing strategies for adaptive re-use for repair projects to field work outside the office including condition assessments of existing structures.

Jacob Rigg

Jacob is a Project Engineer who primarily works with the Municipal Department in G&A's Newtown Office. His experience includes preparation of correspondence with municipalities, providing technical plan reviews of private subdivision and land development applications for compliance with municipalities ordinances, preparing grant applications, the preparation of cost estimates, construction bids, and construction administration services for on-going projects. Jacob also assists institutional clients to administer their capital improvements projects.

James Dougherty

Jim has 27 years' experience as a Civil Engineer. His professional experience includes the various aspects of municipal engineering. His goal as a municipal engineer is to provide solutions that meet client's needs and that are within their budget. Jim also has geotechnical and environmental engineering experience.

Janene Marchand

With 18 years of municipal engineering experience, Janene assists local municipalities with a range of services as a team project engineer. While many of her responsibilities involve subdivision and land development ordinance compliance reviews, she also enjoys coordinating capital improvement projects, including grant-funded projects and helping them to completion. Janene provides zoning and consulting services to her clients including interim zoning officer and guides clients through their multiple municipal storm sewer permitting requirements. She loves the wide range of civil projects and working for a multi-disciplined company to provide reliable assistance to our clients.

Jeffrey Kelley

As a Project Engineer, Jeff works on land development projects within the City of Philadelphia and surrounding suburbs. He assists with project management and facilitates coordination with reviewing agencies for project approvals. His responsibilities include design of stormwater management, transportation, grading, ADA compliance, along with permitting, cost estimation, and plan review. Jeff also prepares plans and documents associated with the Philadelphia Streets Department approvals from their Right-of-Way, Traffic, and ADA units. Jeff is proficient in 3D and stormwater modeling utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D, HydroCAD, and Hydroflow to complete design analysis and plan production.

Jennifer Gutshall

Jen has over 20 years' experience in land development engineering, including planning and zoning services, and representing clients at governmental agency meetings, municipal planning meetings, and other public hearings. She provides oversight of production staff and construction management. Her projects vary from private subdivision and land development projects to evaluation and replacement of municipal stormwater infrastructure. Jen enjoys following a project from the early design stage through to a successful construction completion, and helping her clients navigate unique project challenges along the way.

Joseph Carlin

Joe has 25 years' experience in civil engineering specifically on roadway design with PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike preliminary and final design packages, HOP plans, and maintenance and protection of traffic plans. He has more recently expanded his focus into the design and construction of several new multi-use trail sections. In addition to the design work related to those concentrations, he prepares roadway stormwater designs and performs sight distance inspections, construction management, and speed studies.

Judith Stern Goldstein

Judy has over 39 years' experience in management, planning, landscape architecture, and oversight of numerous projects for municipal and private clients. She leads our Municipal Planning and Landscape Architecture group and assists municipalities with a variety of planning services ranging from plan reviews to long-range planning studies. Judy's strengths include public engagement and meeting facilitation. Her passion is working with communities to define their vision for the future and then creating implementation plans, strategies, and processes to realize that vision.

Karen MacNair

Since joining G&A 18 years ago, Karen has become an experienced senior project manager, providing municipal engineering services such as review of private subdivision and land development projects; design and administration of public projects relating to roadway improvements, streetscapes, and curb ramps; and implementing grants awarded from the county, state, and federal levels.

Kevin Selger

Kevin brings a multi-disciplinary approach to planning, design, and permitting of commerce, research and development, institutional, and civic projects. He draws on over 25 years of experience of master planning, landscape architecture, and site engineering regionally, nationally, and internationally. During his 15 years with G&A Kevin has led many signature projects, created a strategic practice serving the research and development community, leads G&A's Landscape Architecture studio, and established and grew G&A's Philadelphia Office. He has a passion for problem solving and helping clients work through complex issues to achieve success. He has presented on green infrastructure, accessibility, and recreational topics on behalf of professional organizations including the Center for Watershed Protection, the Urban Land Institute, Pennsylvania Water Environment Association, and the Pennsylvania State Association of Township Supervisors. Kevin prefers to work with yellow tracing paper, fountain pens, and markers when designing. Kevin is an active volunteer in his children's school district supporting music and arts programs as well as participating in STEAM exhibitions showing kids some of the science and technology behind landscape architecture and civil engineering.

Kristin Norwood

Leslie Bogdnoff

Mark Conway

Mark is the Director of Design Technology of Gilmore & Associates, Inc.'s Autodesk Users Group. He has 24 years' experience in land development design, CAD management and engineering technology applications. His responsibilities include creating and implementing Civil 3D and AutoCAD standards, training engineering, survey, and CAD staff members, and developing and applying best practices for the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process. Mark is also tasked with research and application of evolving technologies such as Laser Scanning (LiDAR) and Photogrammetry for data collection, and cloud-based solutions for data sharing and presentation.

Mark Mattucci
