GLOBAL-PAK - Key Persons
Brady graduated from the University of Louisville in 2008. He has spent the majority of his career at Global-Pak, starting in February of 2010. He enjoys sales because of the relationships, the problem solving, and the freedom it offers. Brady was born and raised in Northern Kentucky where he now lives with his wife and 4 kids. He spends most of his time outside of work coaching the various sports his kids are involved in or sharing other experiences with his family.
Brandon attended Kent State for 2 years and studied computer engineering. He lives locally in Leetonia with his wife, son, and two dogs, Tequila and Peaches. He has an extensive background in building steel mill and natural gas equipment. Here at Global-Pak, he keeps the daily operations up and running - whether that's keeping up with facility repairs and upgrades or our CNC operations. In his free time he enjoys riding his motorcycle, racing his Camaro at the drag strip, as well as building and shooting guns.
Brock is on his second stint with GP and feels as though he's come back home. Brock landed at Global-Pak shortly after graduation from Bethany College and grew up with the company in a way. Packaging may be the only thing that Brock has a better knowledge of than craft beer or dirt bikes. Brock has always strived to put the customer first which is why he believes that being successful at Global-Pak is so easy not only for our employees but more importantly for our customers. He has a very strong family first philosophy which is also right in line with the core values of Global-Pak. In Brock's free time you can usually find him working to keep up and upgrade the family farm or chasing his kids around dirt bike tracks all over the east coast. He is the proud husband to Tasha and even prouder father of Landon, Hailee, and Ryder. Brock has a passion for learning and problem solving and welcomes the challenge of helping solve each and every customer issue.
Chelsi is part of the Purchasing Department at Global-Pak. She is responsible for domestic purchasing, inventory management of stock items, and sourcing of new vendors. She attended the University of Akron and has worked at Global-Pak for 5 years. She likes working at Global-Pak because it's a close-knit company who cares for its employees and has a centralized atmosphere that allows everyone to complement each other's strengths. Throughout her time at Global-Pak, Chelsi has held various positions which have helped to develop well rounded knowledge about all aspects of Global-Pak.

Cindy Garver joined our Customer Service team in 2019. She has worked in all aspects of an office and found customer service roles are her favorite. She excels at customer service because she is a hard worker, organized, motivated, and personable, and will do whatever she can to make the customer happy. Cindy studied business at Youngstown State University, and even owned a company with her husband for many years, so she understands how every department affects each other. The reason she loves working at Global-Pak because it's a company that cares about its employees and everyone makes you feel like family. Cindy has 2 chocolate labs that love to follow her around the house. She also has a son, Dylan, and enjoys watching his sports and academic achievements.

Our Logistics Specialist/Buyer, Cory Evans, graduated from Thiel College and has been with Global-Pak since high school. Over the years, he's been promoted from summer warehouse help which helped him learn the basics of products and shipping, and now is on our purchasing team. He's stayed with the company because he enjoys his relationship with fellow employees, the development opportunities, and that Global-Pak always does what's right for the customer from the start. Cory's attention to detail and ability to negotiate with vendors allows him to be a huge asset to our buying team and get the best rates for customers. He likes the challenge of his job, the fast-paced work environment, and that each day has new responsibilities and tests. Cory spends his time outside of work watching Shark Tank with his 2 dogs, Buddy and Leo. He also loves Mexican food and the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Dan Grendel is part of our purchasing team and has 5 years' experience in logistics after majoring in management from Hiram College. He has strong problem-solving skills and excels at time management and communication. This helps him to take care of customers needs by providing them with the correct products made to their specifications and making sure they're delivered on time. He enjoys working at Global-Pak because of the people he works with, how well employees are treated, and he had the opportunity to travel to India with our team. Dan is an avid sports fan, and roots for the Cleveland trio of the Browns, Indians, and Cavaliers, and the Michigan State Spartans. If he's not watching sports, he's helping coach his four children - Kameron, Avery, Kolten, and Sophia.
Denise Exline, our Account Manager, is a problem solver and is always quick find solutions. She picked her field because she enjoys accounting work and is a huge asset to our company because she is well organized, detail oriented, and friendly. Denise says Global-Pak is a great place to work because it's a well-run company with many great hardworking employees. She loves spending time with her family and is her children's #1 fan at their sporting events. Denise loves to spend time on Pinterest to get information for her decorating, and even redecorated our office space (which looks awesome!)
George Hines has been part of the warehouse team since February 2021. He lives in Canfield with his wife, stepson and daughter, and was born and raised in West Virginia; he graduated from West Liberty University with a degree in English. George enjoys the fast-paced environment of the warehouse and is eager for the opportunity to contribute to Global-Pak's continued expansion and success. When not rooting for Pittsburgh sports, he enjoys books and movies.
Hannah Rohrabaugh spent the majority of her career in the sales business since graduating from Kent State University. She enjoys sales because she loves meeting new people and the challenge of helping customers come up with creative or unique solutions to their problems. She's been with Global-Pak since April of 2021, and likes the tight-nit company environment and that all employees are working towards the same goal of helping the customer. Hannah is very outdoorsy and in her free time enjoys hiking, golfing, riding and skiing. Traveling is also a huge passion of hers and she's always looking for new places to visit.
Jacquelyn Butler is part of our Customer Service team. She graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business from Muskingum University and is very detail oriented. Jackie is a strong member of our customer service team because she's honest, sympathetic, true to her word, and has extensive knowledge of our product line. She enjoys working at Global-Pak because the people are great to work with and employees are treated fairly. She likes the flexibility with her work schedule so she can watch her son play hockey, which she loves to do! She is a Den Leader of her sons Cub Scout pack and participates at his school whenever possible. Jackie also loves animals: she's an expert on sea creatures and trained her dog to be a therapy dog.
Jason Busch is a Youngstown State University alumnus where he received his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering. He previously worked as a Process Engineer for a military circuit board manufacturer and has now accepted the challenge of becoming Global-Pak's Quality Manager. His previous experience allows him to understand the relationship between product quality and customer satisfaction which he will use to help Global-Pak's manufacturers strive towards a zero defect mindset in order to ensure that all of Global-Pak's customers receive only the highest quality product. He has additionally taken on the role of Testing Engineer in which he runs the Top Lift Test, Tensile Testing, as well as UVI Testing, and is in charge of all UN Testing and Certification. In his free time he enjoys spending time in the outdoors, working on his vehicles, driving his ATV, as well as playing with his dog, Jimmy.

Jeff Carner is the Operations Manager at Global-Pak. He graduated from YSU and has 8 years of experience in the bulk packaging industry. He started out at Global-Pak continuing a warehouse career, and it evolved to him managing operations. He enjoys working at Global-Pak because it's a fast paced environment and always holds different challenges and ways to meet customers needs. Jeff has a strong work ethic and problem-solving ability, which helps him find solutions for customers and do his job well. The customer is our boss, and he will do anything to help them. Jeff likes to spend time with his wife and his 5 adult children and go hiking. He also enjoys woodworking, and even created the cabinets for his house!
Jeff Zacharias is our financial genius, aka our Controller. He has broad experience in accounting and financial planning and analysis and holds an MBA in finance from the University of Toledo. He chose this profession because he's analytical and a strong critical thinker, and everyone needs an accounting and finance department. Jeff (or JZ as we call him) enjoys working at Global-Pak because the work is fulfilling, and he enjoys his coworkers. He believes a business does not have customers unless there is value in what is offered, and that goes for internal and external customers. Jeff is a big Cleveland sports fan, and if he's not spending time with his family, he's golfing, fishing, or reading.
Jerod Carner has been at Global-Pak for 5 years, and currently works as a Warehouse Assistant while he's attending Youngstown State University to major in Supply Chain Management. He chose his major after working with the company for a few years and wants to expand his knowledge about the industry. Jerod is very involved with quality control within the company and runs the top lift test machine. He is always willing to help customers out and test their bags for them. He enjoys working at Global-Pak because it's given him the opportunity to meet new people and learn more about his coworkers. Jerod is a Cleveland fan, and he loves watching sports and spending time with his three beautiful dogs.

Jim Foster is one of the founders of Global-Pak and leads the company as our President. He received a bachelor's in marketing and Business Management from Kent State University and has been in Packaging Sales for 27 years. 21 of those years have been spent growing Global-Pak into the international bulk packaging company that it is today. Jim loves business and delivering great customer service to customers. He knows the team has done especially well when a customer sends a thank you note for delivering great service, and our team doesn't think we did anything out of the ordinary. He believes in treating others the way you would like to be treated, which has been the basis of our service philosophy. Jim excels at his leadership position because he tries to stay even keeled, and it allows him to think through a problem and offer "out of the box" solutions to customers problems. Jim loves visiting customers and seeing their operations, and he spends a lot of his time making sure they're happy with the products and services. Luckily, he has a very supportive wife and 2 great daughters that have allowed him to be a workaholic. If he does take time off, he likes to spend it traveling and seeing new places - it gives him the chance to relax and recharge.
Lindsey Jeffreys is a Kent State University alumna where she studied advertising and marketing. She took an advertising class in college and loved the combination of business and psychology. Since graduating, she's worked in media at several ad agencies, and is now taking on the challenge of directing the B2B marketing at Global-Pak. She believes that it's important to make connections with customers and provide value with the products and services you deliver and strives to showcase all the value of Global-Pak through marketing. Lindsey's experience in digital and social media spans back to the MySpace days, and her superpower is to find the best .gif for every situation. In her free time, she enjoys baking, walking her dog, Rooney, and adventuring with her husband.

Introducing Matt Williams, a seasoned professional with an impressive nine-year track record in the flexible packaging industry, including a dedicated year of service at Global Pak. Proudly calling Atlanta home, Matt is not your typical packaging expert; he brings a unique twist to his professional journey. An alumnus of the University of Georgia, where he majored in Sports Management and had the exciting opportunity to work for the Atlanta Braves for a couple of seasons after graduation. Matt's true passions extend beyond packaging - he's an ardent baseball and football enthusiast. When he's not optimizing packaging solutions or managing projects, you'll find him on the trails, wandering through serene landscapes, casting his line for a day of fishing, or gracefully navigating down a river in his trusty kayak. With almost a decade of industry experience, Matt brings a wealth of expertise to the table. His unwavering commitment to packaging excellence, paired with his love for outdoor adventures, baseball, and football, paints Matt Williams as a dynamic and engaging individual, equally at home in the boardroom and amidst the beauty of the natural world and sports arenas.
Max is a new addition in his first year with the Global Pak team working in business development. He is a University of Mount Union graduate with a bachelors in both Marketing and Spanish and was a member of their football team. Max loves finding ways to be more efficient and to improve, whether it be in motorsport looking to lower lap times or in his work finding ways to create value for customers. In his free time, Max enjoys being in the outdoors traveling, riding motorcycles, golfing, and reading.

Nate was born and raised in the Tampa Bay area and currently resides in the Atlanta area with his wife and two sons. He received his bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Central Florida in 2012 and has been an integral part of Global-Pak's growth since 2013, amassing more than $50 million in sales during that time. He has forged great relationships with his clients, which include many fortune 500 companies, and thoroughly enjoys supporting their businesses on a day to day basis. His hobbies include spending time with his family, travelling, playing golf, college football, NHL, NFL, MLB and Formula 1.
Nick Good started working at Global-Pak while he was in college at Kent State. He transitioned from working in the warehouse into the purchasing department, and after graduation from there he started in a sales position and is now a Business Development Manager. His experience in both the warehouse and purchasing has given him strong background on both our company and job function, so he can better help customers. He strives to help the customer and believes we should always do what is right and whatever it takes to help them. Nick believes every customer is important, and no matter the size wants to deliver the same level of service to ensure everyone is getting the best we can offer. Nick spends his downtime playing basketball, golfing with his father and brother, or checking out breweries to try out the latest craft beers on tap.
Paul grew up in suburban Maryland and attended The University of Maryland. His studies were in Psychology, and he also played on the tennis team. He went on to be an assistant tennis pro at a local country club for several years after college. After that Paul started a residential landscaping company and taught himself how to sell by knocking on doors. He believes that this experience was invaluable to his sales career.
Paul entered the packaging world in the year 2000 and never left. He has enjoyed a long career in the industry, selling mostly bulk bags and paper bags. For Global-Pak Paul currently handles the mid-Atlantic region. He likes working for us mostly because of the "family environment" and he feels that we simply have the best customer service in the industry. As a seasoned professional Paul brings many years of experience to the table, and he would very much like to add your business to a long and diverse list of satisfied companies that work with us.
Today Paul plays golf and enjoys camping with his wife in their spare time. Any outdoor activity sounds good to him.

Robert Duncan has spent over 16 years working for Global-Pak Inc. He started in February of 2003, working in the warehouse recycling used bulk bags, then he moved up to backup delivery driver and warehouse help pulling orders and preparing for shipping. From there, he was brought up to assistant warehouse manager pulling and scheduling orders. In June of 2005 he began work in the customer service department and has been there ever since. He's had the unique advantage of working all angles of the job from logistics to pulling orders, delivering to most of our local customers, and customer service. It is this unique advantage that he believes gives him the ability to understand and execute each and every quote, order and individual needs of our customers day in and day out.

Tracy Virden has spent most of her career working some aspect of customer service, from retail sales to campground management and everything in between. She feels customer service is extremely rewarding. She loves to help people and play a direct role in making the customers experience the best possible. Tracy is looking forward to gaining more product knowledge and growing with Global-Pak. She is a proud mother of two successful sons and has two dogs that keep her busy at home. Tracy is an outgoing person, and likes socializing / hanging out with friends, Tracy and her husband love to ride their motorcycle, travel and try new restaurants.

Tyler Kegelmyer attended Youngstown State University and managed a local grocery store before ending up on our Customer Service Team. He enjoys working with customers to make sure they are as happy as possible. He's has a natural communication ability and is always positive and has a smile on his face on good and bad days. No matter what task is ahead of him, he looks at the same passion and determination as the next. He's proud to work at Global-Pak because they have built an incredibly customer first, friendly environment. Tyler is a huge Notre Dame football fan and loves Cleveland sports. He has two ornery dogs, named Lincoln and Dexter. He's also an avid golfer and started playing when he was five years old. (We should call him Tiger Kegelmyer.)
Zack is a graduate of Youngstown State University, where he earned his bachelor's in business administration. He is always looking for a challenge and a way to advance his career. He enjoys working at Global-Pak because of the family values, not only towards employees, but also with our customers. When he is not at work, you can find him exploring new places or working on cars.
