EDWARD F. GALLAGHER

Ed began his real estate career with Continental Service Company (Bank of America) in San Francisco, with initial responsibilities that included the management of 1,000,000 sq. ft. of existing office properties, as well as analysis of new office project developments. Moving on as a Manager of Real Estate for Fidelity Savings and Loan (now Citicorp), Ed was largely responsible for the development of the extensive branching network in Northern California. After a three-year tenure with Norris, Beggs & Simpson as a top producing salesman, he co-founded Gallagher & Miersch, Inc. Ed has represented several anchor retailers, as well as being the catalyst for the development of several prominent retail shopping centers in Northern California. In addition, he has a special expertise in finding, planning, designing, and marketing large commercial properties.

SCOTT E. GALLAGHER

In 2001 Scott joined our property management/leasing team upon obtaining his degree in Industrial Technology (Business/Engineering) at California Polytechnic State University. He began his property management career in 1994 working for Hart Properties, McNamara Realty, and Hendry Construction while attending college. His knowledge provides a solid base for overseeing annual budgets, tenant improvements, and construction projects. Scott is currently working on the management, marketing, and leasing of shopping centers in the Bay Area ranging in size from approximately 1,500 to 147,000 square feet. International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) member. Costar Power Broker award winner for the East Bay/Oakland market.
