Amber Young is a seasoned Earned Value consultant and AzTech superstar. With experience in planning, executing, analyzing baselines, transforming data, and assessing compliance for EIA 748 EVM Guidelines.
Amber brings the gift of shifting seamlessly between deep-diving analytics and leadership-level reporting on scheduling, program control, and earned value management. Her love for learning has allowed her to contribute to numerous projects and bring passion and a fresh insight to each.
When not working, Amber enjoys being in nature. Hiking, running, swimming, or camping are ways she is able to immerse herself in the natural world. Combining this with her work, Amber has been a part of multiple environmental projects, bringing her passions full circle.
Career Highlights
Amber is proud to serve as the Dean of the 200 Track at CPM, helping to train and educate future project management professionals. She was also a pivotal figure in developing and incorporating DCMA Test Step metrics in ACE and helping the development team improve the software.

A master of data, Elias is AzTech International's Senior Software Developer. He leads what we call our "Magic" team. His mission is to simplify how clients use their data, and to help them maximize its utility and gather key insights from their project - whether that's through consulting, client software development, or continually refining AzTech tools.
Through a colleague's recommendation, Elias joined the team and was given the opportunity to expand his skills, picking up more programming languages and aiding in the development of some of our flagship tools. Elias was helped transform AzTech culture with his creative problem-solving, flexible design thinking, and his vision for the future of technology, data, and metrics. He quickly became a key voice in our evolution and a project management services and technology firm. Within AzTech and as a consultant, Elias is quick to synthesize big ideas and cut to the core of any topic to help teams make decisions and generate solutions to complex problems.
When he takes off the wizard's hat, Elias is a talented musician and enjoys writing both music and fiction. We are lucky to have Elias as part of the team, despite his distaste for olives!

As the CEO and co-founder of AzTech International, Luis is most proud of the influence we have had with government agencies and regulatory bodies around the world. Luis' passion for EV has him rolling up his sleeves to continue to work with government agencies and government contractors, guiding and developing the future of EV.
Luis' first exposure to the industry opened the door to Earned Value Management. "I thought surely everyone does this, because it makes such good, common sense. But I found out that most folks think EV is difficult. I never thought it was difficult and always thought there was a good solution to any problem I encountered."
In that first job as a project management professional, Luis came to love working with the talented project managers, engineers, schedulers, and analysts who populate the industry. Starting AzTech International along with Oscar Banda was a way Luis could continue to work with those teams and many more while aiming to make Project Management and Earned Value the go-to methods for managing any project, large or small.
That was 30 years ago. Since then, Luis has been able to work with amazing people from the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Australia, Canada, and Latin America on all sorts of complex and innovative projects. Additionally, Luis and the development team at AzTech International have created project management and scheduling tools to simplify the few complexities of Earned Value and Scheduling, especially when it comes to metrics, data, and compliance.
When he's not working to help project teams and innovate on Earned Value concepts, Luis keeps himself quite busy with good food, travel, books, and marathons!

Noah Harris joined the AzTech team just after graduating from a four-year Bachelor's Program. Curious to see what project management was all about, he quickly became a fan of the AzTech culture and vision and settled into a supporting role on the Operations side.
With the support of the team and the opportunities AzTech provided, Noah is now providing client support with building and managing Integrated Master Schedules and conducting Schedule Risk Assessments. When he is not helping clients prepare for reviews and steamlining our Operations, you can find Noah reading, writing, playing music, or getting the most out of his pilot's license!

Beyond being the CFO and a Co-Founder of AzTech International, Oscar is constantly looking for ways to remove roadblocks and pave the way to growth. Oscar ensures AzTech has the best tools and talent to help us grow. He is is always looking for ways to enhance the team's work experience, improve performance, and streamline our systems.
Oscar and Luis Contreras started AzTech International with a dream of improving project performance. While Luis orchestrates our unique approach to client engagements and modernizing Earned Value, Oscar oversees our company culture to embody our core values of Service, Work Ethic, Loyalty, Innovation, and Fun. One thing he is most proud of is the team he has helped build over the years and how they continue to progress the AzTech vision.
As a California resident, Oscar takes advantage of the diverse climate to train for triathlons, Ironman races, and ultramarathons. Though he is also enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures.

Tim Fritz is someone you may already know! Tim is responsible for our business development and marketing, and enjoys fostering long lasting relationships and friendships with our clients.
When Tim joined AzTech, he had a gut sense that we had the "it" factor. Over a decade later, Tim has affirmed his initial decision, having had the opportunity to not only help AzTech and its employees grow, but watching the relationships with clients bloom into project success. Tim even works with clients directly on projects, helping strategize and carve a path forward for exciting new developments such as the very cool Electric Vertical Take-off and Landing (eVTOL) technology. With a background of construction and graphic design, Tim blends strategy, analysis, and creativity together here at AzTech to help propel the business forward.
Hailing from Cleveland Ohio, Tim lives with his wife and two strong, opinionated girls. He likes to keep busy with grilling and cooking, running and cycling, boating and kayaking, and traveling by plane or motorcycle!
