Jeff Crumpler is the founder and President of Gordian Litigation Solutions Group, Inc. Mr. Crumpler has more than 20 years of litigation experience in a broad range of areas. Prior to starting Gordian he worked 14 years for a national expert services consulting firm where he developed and led the cross-practice Litigation Management Group. Over the course of his career Mr. Crumpler has provided a wide variety of litigation services to a number of federal agencies, as well as to civilian corporate clients and law firms, in dozens of complex litigation matters. Due to his innovative strategic planning skills and focus on meeting and exceeding all client expectations, Mr. Crumpler has formed a number of decades-long partnerships with his clients.
Mr. Crumpler has participated in the formation and direction of large-scale litigation management, expert services and litigation support efforts in labor arbitration matters and state and federal court litigation, with a focus on employment equity and environmental/toxic tort claims. He has extensive background, training and experience in the development, coordination and operation of all aspects of complex litigation, including: formation of case strategy, identification and coordination of testifying and consulting experts, development and oversight of litigation support strategies and efforts, as well as the selection, development and implementation of necessary litigation technology. Mr. Crumpler is a recognized expert in his field and is in demand nationally as a speaker and presenter on litigation management and support topics and has participated in many panel and solo presentations for national legal organizations.
Mr. Crumpler holds degrees in Criminal Justice and Legal Administration. He is also a founding member of and former member of the Board of Directors for the Association of Litigation Support Professionals.

Kevin McGill is a Partner with Gordian Litigation Support Group, Inc., and the President of Prospective Technology Incorporated. Mr. McGill has nearly 25 years of experience of broad based engineering and professional services consulting experience with numerous federal government agencies, specializing with the Department of Defense (DoD). Mr. McGill's experience includes acquisition, materials technology, sustainability, environmental program management and occupational safety and health issues as well as federal labor arbitration. For the past 12 years, Mr. McGill has provided litigation support services as a Litigation Director to Army, Navy, Air Force and Department of Veterans' Affairs attorneys in complex, multi-individual litigation. These cases all involve multi-million dollar, class-action like claims of entitlement to environmental differential pay and back pay for exposure to a variety of hazardous substances including asbestos, cadmium, fiberglass, hexavalent chromium and other substances. As Litigation Director, Mr. McGill has been responsible for practically every area of litigation support for his clients, from document identification and collection through trial presentation, developing a specialization in working with expert witnesses.
Mr. McGill offers a rare combination of engineering, business and legal education and experience. Mr. McGill holds a Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a Masters degree in Management from Johns Hopkins and a J.D. degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
