Bradd Chi is a Service-Disabled US Army Veteran with over 15 years of experience in Human Intelligence and leading the analysis and execution strategies of customized training.
Bradd provides ACLC with his vision and commitment to the future of technology-assisted learning and mission support. He continues to lead and grow ACLC as Chief Technical Officer and Founder. His practical knowledge and technical expertise align ACLC's capabilities to address the critical and ever-changing challenges of our Federal, DoD, and Commercial customers.

Kathryn Cox is an executive, administrative, and educational professional with over 25 years of experience as an educational administrator. Kathryn has vast experience serving Federal, DoD, and commercial customers, managing government contracts, and overseeing professional and educational development programs.
Kathryn provides ACLC with her operational experience, business knowledge, and educational expertise. Kathryn oversees all ACLC contract administration.
