Jason has spent the past two decades refining the art of selling property and can both proudly look back on the outcomes he secures for his clients and community and look forward to what's yet to come.
Single-minded about fulfilling his goals, Jason was 19 when he moved to Newcastle in 1998 and lived in a caravan at Belmont to survey the state of the local property market before making his move. Jason has worked in residential sales, property management, auctioneering and as a commercial sales and leasing agent, and now an equity partner. He's also extremely sporty and still plays for several teams and very rarely tells people that he is a former Australian Electric Motorcycle Champion and a competitive karaoke singer.

Soon after completing his studies Paul decided the weather was better in Australia and brought his wealth of experience across multiple asset classes in property to Newcastle. Not many kids grew up talking about becoming a real estate agent, but Paul did. Two things happened in 1987; the Black Friday Stock Market Crash and Steve Dick started in property. There is no proof of a direct link between those two milestones, but what we do know for sure is that Steve is incredibly good at basketball. He played in the NBL in his former life then joined the NSW Basketball Board. Even more impressive, Steve is a semi-professional photographer. To top it all off he's one of the most knowledgeable commercial sales and leasing operators in the game.
