Göteborgs Fryshus was founded in 1987 by Bengt Simberg. The firm occupied the site of a disused slaughterhouse (Slakthuset) for its first cold store. The company's focus on building long-term relationships with its customers allowed it to build a reputation for excellent customer service. The firm later opened its second site in Storås. In 2014 the business was sold to Jan Bergqvist and Thomas Nydèn... We also partner with industry-leading logistics providers to ensure our storage facilities seamlessly integrate into the supply chains of our customers. We are preferred partners for numerous trucking companies, ocean carriers, and 3PL providers.
