Barbara was born in Hamilton but moved to Gisborne at age two. Educated in Gisborne (Te Wharau School, Ilminster Intermediate and Lytton High School) followed by a BMS at Waikato University. She commenced employment with KPMG Peat Marwick in Tauranga in 1986 gaining experience in auditing. This time included secondments to Melbourne, Australia and to Philadelphia, USA. Barbara travelled to the UK on her OE, gaining more audit experience but travelled quite a bit. On her return to NZ, she worked as a School Auditor for one year before moving to the commercial world for five years - as an Internal Auditor with New Zealand Insurance then a Financial Accountant with Lowe Walker NZ Ltd.
Barbara joined Graham & Dobson on returning to Gisborne in October 1997, initially employed as an Auditor/Accountant. She started specialising in company work in 2001 and became a principal in 2004. With a mix of audit clients and commercial accounting clients, Barbara has also been treasurer of some local sports clubs and her interests include travel, animals, cross stitch and other handcrafts.

Callum was born in Hamilton but his family returned to Gisborne when he was 2. He was educated in Gisborne (Elgin School, Gisborne Intermediate and Gisborne Boys High School), then studied a BBS - Accountancy extramurally through Massey University while working for McCullochs (now BDO Gisborne) before doing full time study in Palmerston North. He then moved to the audit team at McCullochs and completed secondments through their association with KPMG in New Zealand and Australia. Callum progressed to audit manager and has also specialised in Financial Reporting Standards, Charities Reporting, Livestock Taxation and the Emissions Trading Scheme.
Callum joined Graham & Dobson as Audit Manager in 2016, progressed to Associate in 2017, and then Principal in 2018. His area of focus is Audit, with clients including Charities, Maori Incorporations, Incorporated Societies and other Not-For-Profit entities along with providing financial consultancy services to local government and farming related entities.

Debbie was educated at Wairoa College and Lytton High School followed by a BBS at Massey University. Debbie commenced employment with Brown Webb & Co in Hastings gaining valuable experience in auditing. In 1983 Debbie returned to Gisborne and began working for Graham & Dobson, becoming a principal in 2004.
Debbie has a mix of clients including many farming and commercial clients and is responsible for human resources at Graham & Dobson. Debbie is a past BOT member of Ormond School and assists various non-profit organisations. She is married to a local farmer and has three children; their various interests keep Debbie busy outside of work.

June started with Graham & Dobson in 1988, with a year away in 1991. She was made an associate in 1992 and a principal in 2004. Her client base is mixed including farming, commercial and trusts.

Richard was educated at Gisborne Boys High School followed by a BBS at Massey University. He commenced at work in Wellington at Hogg Young Cathie & Co in 1982 and then moved to Richardson McKissock, becoming a Chartered Accountant in 1984. Richard has travelled extensively overseas gaining experience with chartered accountants in Perth, Australia and companies in London. Richard returned to Gisborne and joined Graham & Dobson in 1990 and became a principal of the firm shortly thereafter.
