The Grout Specialists, Inc. uses a proprietary blend of cleaning products to clean your grout and tile surfaces from these buildups. We do not use the truck mounted equipment, The Grout Specialists, Inc. clean all of your grout and tile surfaces by hand. Once we have your grout cleaned we then apply an epoxy barrier colorant/sealant to your grout. Epoxy barrier coat gives your grout a consistent grout color again and also seals the grout making it very easy to keep clean.
