Grant cut his teeth in the volatile world of broadcast news, spending six years at Channel 7 Perth. His time there armed him with the tools necessary to negotiate the toughest deals. When you find someone who can navigate those deals without losing a drop of their professional manner, friendliness, or sense of fairness to both vendors and buyers, you never let them go.
Grant brings an unswerving positivity, enthusiasm and desire for excellence to his specialty, established residential property, and loves being part of Growth Realty's cohesive and supportive team.
When Grant isn't negotiating real estate deals, he spends time getting active with his two boys and is passionate about the ocean, poetry, music and coffee.
The only love stronger than the one between Enzo and Peta Pagnozzi is the one they both have for real estate. Peta and Enzo met in 1984, with Peta obtaining her real estate certificate in 1985 and successfully assisting Enzo in sales. Her true passion, however, is in running the office and supervising various processes across the business, from reception through to property management and sale completion.
Peta has lived and worked in Sydney and Melbourne but the rapport and loyalty that a small city like Perth allows is invaluable to her.
Outside of work, Peta loves travelling and indulging in various culinary delights with Enzo by her side.
