Craig has the best job in the agency, leading all client strategy, creative, and account service.
Based on Craig's 25+-year history of running high-profile accounts such as Microsoft, Sony Pictures, Carl's Jr., Esurance, NASDAQ, The Walt Disney Co., AOL and The Miller Brewing Co., this is a very comfortable role for him.
Craig passionately serves as an executive leader on the Board of Directors of the Giants Community Fund, his most rewarding side-job.
With a degree in Broadcast Management, Craig graduated from the University of Southern California with honors including the prestigious President's Award as well as three national championships in speech and debate.
Craig still plays baseball, softball and basketball regularly and would be playing ice hockey, too, if he only knew how to skate. Craig lives north of the Golden Gate Bridge in San Rafael, CA with his wife, Candace and sons, Lucas and Jake.
Dheeptha Murali, affectionately known as Eagle Eye for her attention to detail, has a keen sense of client's needs and brings a strong background in all things science to our team. A passionate extrovert, she found her calling in advertising after working for years in a biofuel lab.
Janice is a 20+ year veteran at Gumas. She understands the subtle nuances of how to help our clients create powerful Challenger Brand communications strategies.
Her expertise is helping challenger brands effectively compete against their larger competitors. Her experience and knowledge provides our clients with a unique perspective on how to best communicate. What works and what does not? How do we make our clients successful? Janice will find that point of distinction so we can drive manful results for our clients.
A veteran of the advertising and interactive marketing industry, John founded GUMAS in 1984. Today, the award-winning firm is consistently named as one of the top branding and interactive marketing firms in the Bay Area.
John is recognized as one of the country's foremost authorities on Challenger Brand Marketing®. He is the author of the popular books "Marketing Smart" and "Challenger Brand Marketing". In addition, John is an adjunct professor of branding, advertising and interactive marketing, a sought after speaker and a regular columnist for several publications and blogs.

Over the past 15 years, Rita has worked with a variety of clients, from automotive to sugar to pharmaceuticals. She brings a diverse background in research, production and corporate branding to her daily work, and she loves delving into each client's industry to provide business-building solutions. She holds a BA in English from Saint Mary's College of California (go Gaels!) and cherishes her time spent studying abroad at Loyola of Chicago's Rome Center.

As the agency's director of digital marketing, Sarah Jayne oversees all of Gumas's digital efforts including web development, search engine marketing, paid and organic social media strategy and more.
An industry veteran with more than 20 years of digital marketing experience, Sarah Jayne's love of the medium started in the heyday of dial up bulletin board systems (BBS). Since then her career path has led to her working with a wide variety of brands from global entertainment companies to family-friendly restaurant chains.
Stephanie joins Gumas with over 16 years in the communications field, including over a decade of experience in coordinating projects from design concept to final product.
She greatly enjoys graphic arts and working with each project so that every client's expectations are met and exceeded. Even though she was born in Ohio, Stephanie came to California when she was three and considers herself a Bay Area native.
