The GTCAD (Georgia Tech Computer-Aided Design) Laboratory, housed in the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology, was established in Fall 2001. Our main research focus is on electronic design automation (EDA). We are currently one of the biggest academic research groups in the world working on modeling, design, and EDA research for 2.5D and 3D ICs...
