Since 2005, Max has valued thousands of companies and advised hundreds of business owners through the sale process as the founder of the M&A firm, Calder Capital.

Sam Scharich has been working in mergers and acquisitions since 2018, as an analyst and business development associate for Calder Capital. Sam is a Grand Rapids native who has a passion for entrepreneurship and finance. He enjoys understanding the intricacies of every business.
