CAB was founded by Dr. Sherif El-Haggan in 1992 based on long-standing experience in the fields of contract administration, claims consultancy and resolution of disputes. CAB provides a range of consulting services to clients involved with construction projects at all stages of the project. When it becomes necessary, CAB provides assistance in resolving construction disputes in the areas of claims analysis, arbitration/litigation support, ADR and expert testimony. Construction involves a substantial amount of risk & CAB provides the advice that the clients need in order to minimize their risks and maximize the profitability of their construction projects.
