HAFFA is active in providing educational courses to enhance the professional standards of freight forwarders and LSPs in Hong Kong. The launch of the Cargo Training and Development Sector (HAFFA Training School) which is an IATA Accredited Training School in year 2014 reinforces HAFFA's commitment to the industry. HAFFA offers courses approved by the Civil Aviation Department (CAD) and International Air Transport Association (IATA) to ensure that participants have both the industry-specific knowledge and practical professional abilities to comply with prevailing regulations. These hands-on skills will enable participants to make an immediate contribution to the industry once in the workplace. As a not-for-profit organization, HAFFA is devoted to reducing training costs for the industry.
