Ahmad Kareh comes to Haley Ward, Inc. with over 33 years of experience in the civil engineering field. His responsibilities in his capacity as Vice-President for Bean, Whitaker, Lutz & Kareh, Inc. (BWLK) included design, planning, computer modeling, permitting and construction inspections of various civil engineering projects in and around Fort Myers, Florida. Ahmad works with clients and various city officials for land development projects (residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional). He has extensive work experience in the design of streets and roads, water distribution systems, sewer collection systems, and drainage systems for various sites. Ahmad was responsible for obtaining permits from regulatory agencies.

Anatoly Gregor

Dallin is a geologist with six years of experience providing environmental services. His consulting assignments have included remedial excavations, implementation of an enhanced pump-and-treat system at a large-scale superfund site, contributions to a conceptual site model for a DNAPL plume, hydrological data analysis, aquifer testing and completion of a diversity of regulatory deliverables for every stage of a remediation project lifecycle. Dario D. DiMare

Dario came to Haley Ward in 2023 through the acquisition of his company, Dario Designs. As President of Dario Designs Inc., an architectural firm located in Northborough, Massachusetts he was responsible for the supervision, coordination, and implementation of programming, preliminary design, and architectural activities. In addition, Mr. DiMare's involvement continues from strategic planning, equipment selection and layout, and ROI analyses, through final construction. At Haley Ward, he will be using his skills and knowledge of the as-built environment to lead and grow our Building Design Service Line. Dario's vast experience includes work for all the largest media companies in the USA including some of the largest in China, India, South America, Central America, and The Caribbean. He has been published more than 100 times in newspaper and media periodicals and is the recipient of ING's "Ozzie Newspaper Award". Dario earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Architecture from Kent State University. He is a LEED AP licensed to practice Architecture in 49 states.

Jason Patterson joined CES, now Haley Ward, in 2014 after completing his undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Jason performed exceptionally well in school, obtaining both a Magna cum Laude designation, as well as receiving the Outstanding Graduating Senior in Environmental Science Award. He has a well-rounded background including military service as a helicopter flight mechanic, and employment as an operator at a chemical manufacturing facility. Jason is currently working within the Environmental department performing Phase-II investigations and reporting, environmental sampling and monitoring, SPCC evaluations and reporting, and natural resource surveys. He has a broad environmental and engineering background which can be applied to a wide variety of disciplines and projects.

Jeff Teunisen

Jeffrey W. McElroy

Jeffrey McElroy worked in carpentry before enlisting with the U.S. Coast Guard, serving for five years. His work with the Coast Guard included assessment work associated with the Exxon Valdez oil spill clean-up in Alaska. Jeff spent three years of his service working for the U.S. Coast Guard Research and Development Center in Groton, Connecticut, and it was during the time that he developed an interest in working with the environment. After his service with the Coast Guard, Jeff attended Southern Maine Technical College, earning an A.S. degree in Environmental Technology. He then earned a B.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Maine. Jeff worked for two years as a senior field technician with an industrial hygiene consulting company, before joining S. W. Cole Engineering, Inc. in 1997 as a geologist. His experience includes pollution abatement studies; sampling of soil gas, soil, sediment, surface water, groundwater, and air; and operation of equipment for chemical analyses.
