Ahmad Kareh comes to Haley Ward, Inc. with over 33 years of experience in the civil engineering field. His responsibilities in his capacity as Vice-President for Bean, Whitaker, Lutz & Kareh, Inc. (BWLK) included design, planning, computer modeling, permitting and construction inspections of various civil engineering projects in and around Fort Myers, Florida. Ahmad works with clients and various city officials for land development projects (residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional). He has extensive work experience in the design of streets and roads, water distribution systems, sewer collection systems, and drainage systems for various sites. Ahmad was responsible for obtaining permits from regulatory agencies.

Anatoly, is registered as an Electrical PE in eleven states. He has more than 30 years of diverse expertise spanning healthcare, research, educational, and commercial projects. In his role, he oversees the comprehensive design and specification of electrical systems within facilities, including primary and secondary power distribution, emergency power, lighting (both interior and exterior), fire alarm systems, as well as security and telephone infrastructure. With a commitment to energy efficiency, code compliance, and optimal space utilization, Anatoly holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Andrea Dickinson holds a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Maine. Andrea is experienced in conducting investigations and remediation's of contaminated properties including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, and Brownfields and Superfund cleanups. She also has experience with NEPA Environmental Site Assessments, municipal and industrial storm water permitting and compliance, waste water permitting and compliance, along with solid waste and water quality projects. In 2012, she was awarded the Maine Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers - Young Engineer of the Year award. Andrea conducts environmental compliance trainings for municipal/industrial facilities in the State of Maine each year and has completed presentations at municipal conventions and conferences on storm water related.
Autumn V. Kellar has 6 years of engineering experience with concentration in the areas of drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater. Her project experience includes hydraulic modeling with InfoWater/InfoSewer, GIS mapping, data analysis, surveying, illicit discharge detection and elimination (IDDE) planning for stormwater systems, infiltration/inflow analysis, and utility design on a variety of projects. Ben has over eighteen years of experience in the Civil Engineering field with an emphasis in water resources and coastal high hazard design. He has contributed to a broad portfolio of projects including work with municipalities, private developers, contractors, and the Department of Transportation performing utility and stormwater design, project management, and construction administration services throughout the United States. Ben is well versed in coastal high hazard and environmentally sensitive zone design requirements. He is experienced in the preparation of local, state and federal permit applications to include local site plan applications, Site Location of Development Act (SLODA) Permits, Stormwater Permits, National Resource Protection Act (NRPA) Permits, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) map amendment applications, etc.
Benjamin has led geospatial analysis and cartography work for over thirteen years. His extensive knowledge of GIS and human-environment systems has landed him numerous publications and a diverse client list throughout his career. He also brings an impressive history of GIS instruction in several colleges and universities at both the graduate and undergraduate level. In his previous position as Director of Rhumbline, a small geospatial services consulting firm, he acted as the executive for the company's sales, personnel management, proposal writing, project visioning, and administration. Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Middlebury College in 2010.

Bethany Ordung has 11 years of engineering experience with concentration in the areas of drinking water, wastewater, and storm water. Brad Sloat holds a BS in Ecology and Environmental Studies, with a concentration in Soil and Water Science. Dallin is a geologist with six years of experience providing environmental services. He has significant skills in soils geochemistry, hydrogeological data interpretation, field data acquisition, report writing, figure design, contractor oversight, project management, and remedial action implementation. His consulting assignments have included remedial excavations, implementation of an enhanced pump-and-treat system at a large-scale superfund site, contributions to a conceptual site model for a DNAPL plume, hydrological data analysis, aquifer testing and completion of a diversity of regulatory deliverables for every stage of a remediation project lifecycle. His contaminant experience has included PFAS compounds, chlorinated solvents, LNAPLs, and metals. Dallin earned a Master of Science in Geological Sciences from Central Washington University, and Bachelor of Sciences in both Environmental Science and Geology from Eastern Washington University.
Daniel Livingstone has over 20 years of land surveying experience related to site development, subdivision surveys, topographical surveys, and site plans. Dan has worked as a Project Manager on a wide range of projects including boundary and subdivision surveys, MDOT survey collection and product delivery, topographic surveys and site plans, as well as Local and State Land Use Permitting. With his project management experience, Dan is responsible for ensuring appropriate resources are allocated to meet the goals and milestones of each project.

Daniel joined Haley Ward in 2023 through the acquisition of Final Draft CAD, where he was President for 12 years. He currently serves as Vice President and Director of BIM Services at Haley Ward and has more than 20 years of drafting, modeling, and project management experience in a variety of complex environments. Dario came to Haley Ward in 2023 through the acquisition of his company, Dario Designs. As President of Dario Designs Inc., an architectural firm located in Northborough, Massachusetts he was responsible for the supervision, coordination, and implementation of programming, preliminary design, and architectural activities. In addition, Mr. DiMare's involvement continues from strategic planning, equipment selection and layout, and ROI analyses, through final construction. At Haley Ward, he will be using his skills and knowledge of the as-built environment to lead and grow our Building Design Service Line.
Dario's vast experience includes work for all the largest media companies in the USA including some of the largest in China, India, South America, Central America, and The Caribbean. He has been published more than 100 times in newspaper and media periodicals and is the recipient of ING's "Ozzie Newspaper Award". Dario earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Architecture from Kent State University. He is a LEED AP licensed to practice Architecture in 49 states.

David joined Haley Ward in 2022 through the acquisition of Lenard Engineering, Inc., where he had served as Principal Engineer for more than 35 years. David's experience includes a broad range of the firm's civil, geotechnical, environmental, and engineering projects, including roads and bridges, pavement management, stormwater management, sewer and water utilities, ponds and dams, site planning, subsurface sewage disposal, land use planning, peer review, and construction management.
Nine years after joining Haley Ward in 2000, Denis became the President/CEO. He manages the day-to-day operations of the corporation, strategically guides the leadership team, and is the Principal-in-Charge of large environmental projects. Denis led the acquisition of Summit Environmental Consultants in 2013 and plays an integral role in the growth of Haley Ward. He has over 25 years of experience as a licensed Professional Engineer. Upon completion of his engineering studies at the University of Maine at Orono, Denis was a Project Engineer at the U.S. Air Force Base in Limestone, Maine for 10 years.

Dennis has over 25 years of experience providing asbestos and lead and PCB management, occupational health and safety consultation, and environmental management services to clients throughout North America. He worked for Summit Environmental Consultants, Inc. for 10 years before it was acquired by Haley Ward in 2013. Additionally, Dennis has served as an in-house safety manager for a large academic institution, and has developed and implemented exposure assessment programs and managed asbestos management programs for a broad range of public and private sector facilities.
Drew Olehowski has more than five years of experience providing civil engineering design to residential and commercial clients. As a Project Manager, Drew contributes to the design, permitting, bidding, and construction administration for a wide array of projects such as: sites, roadways, and stormwater management/erosion control systems. Drew is experienced in working with local, state, and federal agencies to obtain required permitting, including local planning board approval; Site Location of Development; Stormwater Permit by Rule; Stormwater Permit; and the Natural Resources Protection Act. Drew earned both a Master of Engineering in Environmental Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Gregory Eldridge has 24 years of mechanical and civil engineering experience, with concentration in the areas of drinking water and wastewater. His project experience includes water distribution system modeling, water treatment plant design, water storage facilities coating system rehabilitation, pumping station design, SCADA design, infiltration/inflow analysis, sewer system evaluation survey, interceptor design, gravity and low-pressure sanitary sewer design, and construction observation. Jared Merry has 18 years of engineering experience related to the design of mechanical and electrical systems. Jared has worked on a wide range of projects involving HVAC systems including oil, gas, and wood pellet fired boilers, chiller/refrigeration systems, air handling systems, as well as plumbing systems design, and electrical systems. As project manager, Jared is responsible for scheduling, feasibility, monitoring, pre-bid meetings, and commissioning report reviews.
Jason Patterson joined CES, now Haley Ward, in 2014 after completing his undergraduate degree in Environmental Science from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Jason performed exceptionally well in school, obtaining both a Magna cum Laude designation, as well as receiving the Outstanding Graduating Senior in Environmental Science Award. He has a well-rounded background including military service as a helicopter flight mechanic, and employment as an operator at a chemical manufacturing facility. Jason is currently working within the Environmental department performing Phase-II investigations and reporting, environmental sampling and monitoring, SPCC evaluations and reporting, and natural resource surveys. He has a broad environmental and engineering background which can be applied to a wide variety of disciplines and projects.

Jason Bernier joined Haley Ward with over 25 years of experience working in MEP focusing on plumbing, process piping and fire protection. His experience extends across 14 states, mostly on the east coast. He comes to our team bringing knowledge and experience in healthcare, criminal justice, government, and STM - including DOD, Life Sciences, Food and Beverage, and clean manufacturing projects. In 1997, Jeff joined Haley Ward as a survey technician and currently serves as the Survey Division Director and Executive Vice President. Jeff takes an active role as Division Director serving as a client liaison, providing budget and technical oversight for boundary, topographic, and construction survey services. In addition, he is a team leader on small and large site development projects. As Executive Vice President, Jeff helps implement the strategic vision for the firm.
Jeffrey McElroy worked in carpentry before enlisting with the U.S. Coast Guard, serving for five years. His work with the Coast Guard included assessment work associated with the Exxon Valdez oil spill clean-up in Alaska. Jeff spent three years of his service working for the U.S. Coast Guard Research and Development Center in Groton, Connecticut, and it was during the time that he developed an interest in working with the environment. After his service with the Coast Guard, Jeff attended Southern Maine Technical College, earning an A.S. degree in Environmental Technology. He then earned a B.S. in Natural Resources from the University of Maine. Jeff worked for two years as a senior field technician with an industrial hygiene consulting company, before joining S. W. Cole Engineering, Inc. in 1997 as a geologist. His experience includes pollution abatement studies; sampling of soil gas, soil, sediment, surface water, groundwater, and air; and operation of equipment for chemical analyses.

Jon H. Whitten, Jr. has over 20 years of civil engineering experience related to site development project management, design and permitting. Design experience includes private and public infrastructure, including roadways, utilities, stormwater management systems, and erosion control features for municipal, commercial and residential projects. Working on a wide range of projects of varying size and location, Jon has extensive management and coordination of Local, State and Federal zoning, natural resources and regulatory permits throughout the State of Maine. As a native of Washington County, Maine he feels fortunate to manage the Fort Myers branch for Haley Ward and oversee the survey work from that office. Kyle Sullivan is a Senior Environmental Scientist at Haley Ward. He has more than 15 years of experience in the Environmental Sciences and Health and Safety. Kyle works with Haley Ward's clients to achieve and maintain compliance with Federal and State Regulatory Agencies affecting protection of natural resources and human safety . These compliance efforts focus mainly on Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), and Maine Department of Environmental Protection (MDEP) regulations and rules. Kyle works with a variety of industrial and commercial clients. Kyle helps our clients to evaluate their facilities for compliance with applicable environmental programs and then helps develop sensible solutions to environmental and safety challenges. Additionally, Kyle also performs on-site compliance audits for safety and environmental compliance. Kyle has prepared Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, Hazardous Waste Contingency Plans, Site-Specific Health and Safety Plans (HASP), Integrated Contingency Plans (ICP), Emergency Response Plans (ERP), and Emergency Action Plans (EAP).
