Chris joined Hayer Architecture in 2018 as Office Manager, handling all financial and administrative functions in the office. She brings with her 20+ years of knowledge and experience in the accounting field.
Daniel Alvear was raised in Boston, Massachusetts where he experienced the cultural richness and a diverse tapestry of both traditional and contemporary buildings. In 2001 he received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture Degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Mr. Alvear practiced in Boston before relocating to San Diego.
Greg received a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a final year studying in Denmark including travel Europe and Asia. He is a licensed architect in the state of California with extensive experience as a project architect and designer in the San Diego area.
William Hayer was born and raised in Ohio where he received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Cincinnati. He subsequently relocated to Del Mar, California. Mr. Hayer opened his architectural firm in 1984 and specializes in custom residential design. Bill's passion for design spanning over three decades has created an extensive portfolio of notable homes. Bill has received licenses from many states, as well as certification from the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
