Mr. Ham has over twenty six years experience in the practice of structural engineering and is currently the President and Principal Engineer of Ham Engineering, an engineering firm specializing in providing consulting structural engineering, design, drafting, inspection and evaluation of commercial, industrial, and residential projects for architects, contractors, and corporations in the West Virginia region. Previously, as Civil/Structural Department Manager, he was responsible for all civil and structural engineering, design, and drafting done by a major international engineering firm servicing the West Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky region. Also, he has extensive experience with plant engineering for major manufacturers and local structural steel fabrication companies.

Mr. Manning has over thirty years experience with industrial, chemical, commercial and residential projects. His responsibilities include design, drafting both manually and using AutoCad, shop fabrication detailing, fieldwork and full support for construction and steel erection.
