For over 40 years, through essential programs and services, we have been helping individuals achieve their goals of independence and inclusion... The Human Development Center, Inc. (HDC) has over 40 years providing a continuum of services to adult individuals diagnosed with developmental disabilities, autism and challenging behaviors. HDC provides community based residential group home services in a variety of settings, including three group homes in Seffner, three in Tampa, and various supported living homes throughout Hillsborough County.
