Carlton Lance is a founding partner of Hampton Ridge Financial, LLC. He has over 19 years of industry experience, 13 years with Hampton Ridge Financial. If he is not watching his kids play sports then he is enjoying time with his wife. Carlton is an avid golfer. His favorite thing about coming to work everyday is the people. Jon Kubat joined Hampton Ridge Financial in 2008 and has worked primarily in sales. His favorite part about Hampton Ridge Financial is that the job enables him to work with many different businesses and churches across the country helping them to grow and expand their organization. He attended Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN for both his undergrad and MBA. He spends most of his free time with his wife and three boys and enjoys watching sports and being outside.
Kevin Ellingson has five years in the industry, all with Hampton Ridge Financial. He enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with friends and family. His favorite thing about working at Hampton Ridge Financial is the camaraderie and culture.
Laura is an Operations Specialist and has been with Hampton Ridge Financial since 2017. Her favorite part about working on the Hampton Ridge team is the camaraderie between coworkers and that everyday there is an opportunity to help someone fulfill their business needs. When she's not working she can usually be found enjoying time with her family or doing outdoor activities.

Nathan Bourne is a founding partner of Hampton Ridge Financial LLC. Nathan started his career with Manifest Funding Services in 1999 and was very fortunate to have a great team to learn this industry from. He thoroughly enjoys working with his funding partners and customers and considers those relationships to be some of his most cherished. He and his wife, Terese, have 4 children and are very active in following them in their activities. Nate is a lifelong Minnesota sports fan and enjoys the game of golf. He is extremely proud of the HRF team and truly enjoys seeing the team's success over the years.
Rachael Kern became an Operations Manager at Hampton Ridge Financial after obtaining her Master's degree in Business Administration and Bachelor's degree in Accounting. She has been with Hampton Ridge Financial for over 6 years and enjoys the team atmosphere most! Outside of work Rachael enjoys home projects, watching football and weekends spent at the cabin with her family and friends.
