At HAPCAP, we are committed to providing comprehensive services that address the diverse needs of our community, including access to affordable housing, transportation, food and nutrition, utility assistance, employment programs and more... HAPCAP has more than 30 programs designed to empower individuals and help them overcome the causes and conditions of poverty. These programs offer services for children & families, career development, transportation, community development, payment assistance, housing, and health services. HAPCAP also operates the SE Ohio Foodbank, a member of Feeding America... HAPCAP's Transportation Division is dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and affordable transportation to all community members, advocating for services for those in need, and coordinating transportation efforts in our communities and beyond.
