HSNHC first opened in 1969 at 895 Blue Hill Avenue as part of the Boston Department of Health and Hospitals. In 1976, HSNHC became an independent not-for-profit institution and relocated its main service location to the current location at 632 Blue Hill Avenue. Designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), HSNHC continues to provide a comprehensive system of care that is responsive to our community's health care needs.....
