The company has expanded its survey offering by developing the High Reliability Organizational Effectiveness Survey (HROES®). The HROES® applies the same high reliability organizational principles as OSES, but enlarges the scope of the original OSES survey for application in industries that are at risk, but not necessarily from physical hazards.
