Brian Fonorow is the President of Heniff Logistics, LLC ("Heniff Logistics") the growth-oriented third-party logistics (3PL) division of Heniff. Brian joined Heniff Logistics in March 2019 and manages 3PL services in both tank and general freight markets. Prior to joining Heniff, he served for fifteen years in brokerage operations and built the liquid and dry bulk division for one of the world's largest 3PL service providers.

Dan Furth is the Executive Vice President of Corporate Development & Communications at Heniff. Furth joined the company in February 2022 and brings considerable executive experience within the North American bulk transportation industry. Prior to joining Heniff, he served as President & CEO of the NTTC, the industry's principal trade association based in Washington, DC where he is widely recognized as the driving force behind the industry's largest legislative and regulatory victories.

Mack Findley is the President of Carry Transit, LLC ("Carry") the specialty food-grade division of Heniff. Mack joined Carry in September 2020 after nearly forty years of executive leadership in business development, supply chain logistics, and sales & marketing for some of the world's leading consumer products companies, including Procter & Gamble. Prior to joining Carry, he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Peter Cremer North America LP in Cincinnati, OH, a global trading and services business providing supply chain solutions to the oleochemical industry servicing the food, personal care, and pharmaceutical markets.
Jim D'Amico is the General Counsel of Heniff where he leads the legal department for the Company and its affiliates, which also covers insurance and regulatory matters. In addition to being a licensed attorney, he is also a certified public accountant. Jim served as outside counsel for the Company from 1998 until he joined as General Counsel in 2010. Prior to joining Heniff, he maintained a general practice law firm for 25 years.
Jeff O'Connor is the Chief Operating Officer of Heniff. Jeff joined the company in January 2017 and brings over 30 years of transportation and supply chain experience across a wide variety of transportation services including airlines, 3PL, truckload, and less-than-truckload sales and operations. Prior to joining the company, he served on the board of directors at Bay & Bay Transportation in Eagan, MN and immediately prior he served as the President & CEO of A&R Logistics (now "Quantix"), the nation's largest dry bulk hauler specializing in plastics.
Joe Neal is the Chief Technology Officer of Heniff. Joe joined the company in August 2010 and was instrumental in creating Heniff's technology ecosystem across the organization. He brings to the company over 20 years of executive experience in transportation-centric technology operations and a deep skillset in designing scalable enterprise solutions. Prior to joining Heniff, Joe served for 8 years as principal software engineer and database architect for a national 3PL freight payment organization.

Kevin Berry is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Premier Bulk Systems Ltd. ("Premier"), Heniff's Canadian subsidiary headquartered in Gormley, Ontario. After serving in the trucking industry for 16 years in varied operations and managerial roles, Kevin founded Premier in 2001 and continued on as its president since Heniff's acquisition of Premier in February 2021. He started his career as a heavy-duty mechanic and a professional driver giving him a unique perspective in his current role.

Mark Henning is the Executive Vice President of Integration at Heniff. Henning joined the company in January 2020 and manages acquisition integration and several corporate shared services functions. Prior to joining Heniff, he was responsible for global operations at Guggenheim Partners, a financial services company headquartered in New York and Chicago. Mark leverages over 25 years of executive experience in consulting, private equity, and venture capital finance across multiple industries including financial services, information technology, and transportation.
Mike Hansen is the Chief Financial Officer of Heniff. Mike joined the company in January 2022 and brings considerable executive experience for public, private and private-equity owned companies across diverse, global industries including aerospace & defense, automotive, manufacturing, software, telecom, oil & gas and public accounting. Prior to joining the company, he served as CFO for reverse logistics retailer Channel Control Merchants owned by KKR and based in Hattiesburg, MS.

Scott Templeman is the President of Heniff. Scott joined the company in October 2002 and has directed the operations team from its early stage to today's industry-leading level of performance. He brings to the company over 30 years of senior level executive experience in supply chain logistics services. Prior to joining Heniff, Scott served for 10 years as an operations executive within warehousing, distribution, and the less than truckload segment.

Wes Stone is the Chief Commercial Officer of Heniff. Wes joined the company in December 2019 and brings over 30 years of bulk transportation experience. Over the course of his career, Wes has served in multiple executive roles within the industry and he is considered an expert in multi-modal operations and business development. Prior to joining Heniff, he served as President & CEO of Superior Bulk Logistics, Inc. where he drove market penetration through an expansion of service offerings combined with disruptive and unique supply chain solutions.
